Even though I have been booking our own holidays for years, I didn't realise how much I was missing out on by not using a travel agent. Once we connected with Paola at Helloworld Travel Sunbury, our whole world opened up (literally!) more than I could have hoped.
From finding the flights that suited us best, getting travel insurance sorted, sourcing better deals for hire cars, making sure we got on board our preferred Virgin Voyage (with Sir Richard and Boy George along for the ride), Paola couldn't have done any more to make our European trip the trip of a lifetime!

I recently had a wonderful holiday to Hawaii booked by Paola at Helloworld Travel Sunbury, and I cannot praise her highly enough! Paola looked after every aspect of my trip - flights, accomodation and transfers. Every arrangement she made was absolutely flawless. I was open to hotel suggestions and she really listened to my needs and made great suggestions that suited my budget and location request.
