Had a fantastic trip to Sydney over the long weekend! Sharon was exceptional in her service - always kept us up to date with our holiday and her friendly service was great. She went above and beyond to select a hotel that suited our needs, price range and location. Would highly recommend Sharon to anyone who is travelling both domestically and internationally!

A holiday is meant to be memorable and fun, but can also be quite stressful to plan - which is why people go to a travel agent. Unfortunately I would never recommend this business.
The initial communication and help was quite positive. Aleesha was new however was friendly and happy to help.
Clearly none of her colleagues or her had travelled to our destination as the hotel recommended was terrible, old and dirty with very poor facilities, as soon as we reached out to them about this they washed their hands of us and had absolutely no interest in helping us at all, completely ignored our query and told us to organise a refund with reception ourselves and find our own accomodation.
It felt like there was no care once they received our payments!

Robyn was the best to go too..planned our flights.. hotel.. transfers ..and our cruise to the UK..everything went to perfection and she made our holiday a dream come true...will definitely go and book our next trip with her
