Big THANKYOU to Emily Jones from Helloworld at Springfield. I spoke with Emily 12 mths before our trip started and she was amazing from the get go! Always helpful and available. We did a 14 day river cruise with Emerald from Budapest to Amsterdam, then stayed in Paris and London before heading home. Every booking including tours, air flights, train tickets, airport and motel transfers were on time. Our Motels were of good quality, and conveniently situated. Being my first trip to Europe I was pleasantly surprised at the history, the scenery and the different lifestyles. I loved every bit of my amazing holiday. Emily at Hello World Springfield was amazing! I randomly walked in store one day wanting to go to New Zealand South Island but had no idea what I wanted to do or where I wanted to go.

She spent around an hour with me suggesting what places are a go to and helped organise and book all accommodation and activities. She sent follow up and remember emails to ensure all of our trip was organised and ready to go.
