I only have spoken to them over the phone but I was quite sure of what I was after and they were very helpful and attentive to give me the one answer without trying to sell me or get me registered on their system so thank you lady (an middle aged lady).
Shame you can’t put a deposit down and pay rest at a later date.
Airlines request airfare paid in full at time of booking.

Unbelievable rudeness and arrogance!!!!

I visited the Norwood store and gave a travel brief in person to Hydie Normington for a 28 night trip across SE Asia. At the end of the discussion, Hydie committed to getting back to me on the following weds. When I didn't hear back, I emailed Hydie on the Monday after to ascertain where she was at with the quote, but I got no response. I then called 3 times on the Tuesday throughout the day only to finally get hold of Hydie. When I asked for an explanation for the lack of response, she shouted down the phone stating she had been busy and to go elsewhere for my travel arrangements and put the phone down on me.

I strongly recommend that all travellers avoid this agency and do not waste your time briefing Hydie to quote your business.

No doubt they will counter respond with a different point of view, which is normal for those who don't care about customers, so use them at your own peril.

Disappointing, terrible and awful service. My honeymoon was only booked and organised 3 weeks before my wedding even when I had gone to see them 6 months before. I had contacted them at least 10 times through phone & email and no responses whatsoever. I even then involved Management who under delivered. I am waiting on refunds for transfers (that never arrived at the airport) from 11 weeks ago and still no response whatsoever. I will NEVER be back and will not be recommending anyone to go there.
