Luke @ Helloworld Munno is a bloody superstar! My wife and I went to see him on the suggestion of some friends to book a late honeymoon / birthday holiday to the US after trying to organise one ourselves and finding the costs to be quite extreme just for flights, accommodation and insurances.

The only set in stone requests we had was that we had to be in Disneyland the day of my wifes 31st birthday and we wanted to also check out San Francisco and attend a Lakers game, the rest we left to him.

What Luke booked for us was an awesome holiday full of great experiences between San Francisco, Disney Land and LA, and the entire trip with all the tours and activities booked was cheaper than the price for accommodation, flights and insurance when we were looking to book for ourselves.

We have recommended Luke @ Helloworld to everyone who has mentioned going on Holiday and we will certainly be going back to see him to book the next one when we have the money and time available.

We booked a holiday from the 13 June to the 5 Aug 22 all arranged and organized by hello world Muno para
Los Angeles great acomadation great booked coast toured all great universal studios VIP great .
Then New York coast tours great seen all the sites great acomadation hotel the best great .
Then flights to the Uk great made my own arrangements in the Uk .then back to New York one then flight to Orlando fanstatic Space Centre . Hotel great the best universal studio again great .
Then flew on to San Francisco Alcatraz great and coast tours Golden Gate Bridge also the VBay bridg both great .
By farrr the best most wonderful fanstatic holiday Iv ever had .the flight my advice be at the terminal extra early at lest 4 hours ! Then if the seat not to your liking you can change them at the Gate . Always ask where to go and don’t be shy tge America are great people .
I will go again with hello world but I like to go to Washington DC ! To see my third space shuttle lol all the best luke and the team luke was easy to contact on holiday via text or email thank for your suport

Hoping to travel overseas, had done some research so I could get an idea of what preferences I had, hoping it would help work with an agent to build a full package; tickets, hotels, tours, car hire, etc. Just simple things like preferring to pay extra for a different stopover country, or what tours I might be considering, etc, in case I'm asked.

Went in and tried to give a brief overview of what I hoping to do, to see if that's something I could book a consult to get help with. Couldn't finish a sentence for the woman continuously interrupting to tell me I was wrong. Well that's why I'm in asking for a consult, I want help with it all.

It got so frustrating, not to be allowed to finish a sentence and have all my questions assumed incorrectly because she never let me finish asking. I was told that I unless I have actually agreed to book a trip, I am not allowed to be given info about that trip.

I had been trying to explain I had seen a number of packages online but they were not what I was looking for and I was really wanted to work with an agent to build something specialised. But couldn't get past 'I had looked online' without being interrupted to be told I was wrong, and everything online was wrong. We'll no kidding it's wrong, I was trying to say I didn't want those things. I just wanted to book something different from the ones online and was happy to pay extra for those options, but had come to ask if that was something they were able to do. Instead, I was made to feel awful for even bothering.

I had been feeling nervous about making such a huge purchase and just wanted some guidance. This woman made me feel absolutely awful for even considering them. I will try anywhere else but here.

Edit: even worse, turns out the only information she did give me would have resulted in the death penalty. Had been worried about prescription medication and what documents I needed. She kept insisting I didn't need any as long as they were in original packaging and acted like I was an idiot wasting her time when I had questioned this. Turns out I would face the death penalty at either stop over (Bali or UAE) based on her info. This place is actually legitimately DANGEROUS. Have since had great help and would recommend ANYWHERE BUT HERE
