With lots of changes occurring in the travel field, it can be a minefield to navigate your own way to a successful outcome. Andrea’s passion and persistence found us the most direct way to the East Coast of the U.S. and back again. Sarah not only did travel bookings, but put me on to helpful things such as Umapped itinerary and bookings so that I could add in my own appointments and activities and it kept me up to date on status etc, and Cash Passport card so I felt much more comfortable using a “card” overseas (I would have panicked when my card was taken away to be processed, as some restaurants do overseas…) Very happy with my interactions and the help offered. Also, connecting flights were not booked too close, so delayed flights and long Customs queues were not a cause for (extra) stress!

My friend and I recently travelled on the Ghan and three days in Kakadu. Beautifully organised by Poppie, while fellow travellers were having problems with accommodation and travel arrangements, ours went perfectly. For our trip to Singapore, we took Poppie's advice and flew ScooptPlus. It meant we could fly out of the Gold Coast and not have to travel to Brisbane. ScootPlus offered very comfortable seats and friendly staff.
We keep going back to Poppie because of her experience and knowledge of the travel industry and we wanted that especially with our first trip after Covid.
