Highly recommend Helloworld. April recently coordinated a 4 day getaway for a remote wedding for us. April very happily organized all flights, accommodation, car hire and travel insurance. Went to speak to them about getting a quote to fly to South Africa, there were 4 staff sitting doing nothing they would not assist me at all, I asked if i could have an appointment for Friday got told no they are not open to the public on Friday
Best I come in on Monday

Absolutely deplorable, rude, hung up on us when trying to cancel domestic flights to Sydney with 7 days notice, on call back wanted to charge us $1300 more! The last comment from our travel insurance agent, (who were left aghast) "next time choose Flight Centre!"
