I specifically asked for 2 suitcases on my trip. Only to be charged 300 twice for an 11kg bag. I rang and complained as I think a reimbursement is warranted. I have not had a return call. So no, I'm not happy . I'm a 74 yr old pensioner who feels like I've been ignored. If I was told the correct procedure I would have bought a new suitcase which wouldn't have cost me $600.

Fantastic service & staff. After issues with another agent in Bay, who left us in the lurch at Xmas time, we went to Helloworld for help. Anne & Jaqui went above & beyond to solve our problem. Highly recommend their service. It's not until you get into a difficulty that you find out who is reliable.

Was kept waiting for 35 minutes without even an acknowledgement. When I was acknowledged the young girl at the desk spoke to me like she was doing me a favour by speaking to me. That is her job isn't it!!
Won't be back !
Customer service needs certain skills she clearly doesn't have.

I didn't even get in the door to book !!!! The Bald guy was so Rude to me !!! The door was locked & he snarled at me, "Booking only on Saturday !!!" He didn't eve attempt to make a Saturday booking !!!! I went Directly to Flight Centre & booked myself a Lovely New York Holiday !!!! Flight Centre is The BEST !!!!!! Go There !!!!!! The Service is Excellent !!!!!
