Jordan and Helloworld Travel Darwin are a complete joy to deal with. Jordan has planned a number of trips for me including a long European trip and has gotten to know my tastes and now finds the perfect trip ideas and accommodation - like reading my mind. She’s also very flexible with changes and makes the whole experience exciting. As it should be. Recommended

We'll to celebrate my year of traveling. I thought it was time to review.
Jordan gloated that plane's never leave Darwin late!
Well they do so much so I missed my two connections to Portugal. Qantas and Emirates were great getting me on the next flight. But had to rely on Jordan to book a flight out of Paris after spending the night at the airport.
I got on a train to switch airport not ideal.
It meant, I missed a day in Porto arriving sleep deprived it was not a good start to my adventure.
I also asked Jordan to book a return ticket from Europe that was flexible as I was unsure of my plans going forward.
When I emailed Jordan to make changes she told me that the ticket she had was invalid once I left Australia and changes could not be made.
So in summary Jordan could not get one thing right with my booking!
Jordan said the best she could do would be to try and get a refund on airport taxes.
I have not heard from Jordan in regards to the possibility of tax refunds?
So in conclusion, Jordan could not have done a worse job of putting my itinerary together. Do not put your holiday plans and or trust in this business.

I can't thank Jordan Haase of Helloworld Travel in Darwin enough. She has been absolutely amazing in organizing, booking and accommodating changes that we have requested to our overseas holiday. I highly recommend Jordan and Helloworld Travel to anyone planning an overseas holiday.

Waste of time. Would not recommend. In the past you use a travel agent as they are meant o make the experience smooth. Unfortunately this was not the case and I would have been better off planning my own trip and doing everything myself as I was constantly chasing up prior to the trip and after when things went bumpy! Save your money and book yourself. Found the owner Rachel rather rude and more concerned to help herself than the client. Cheers

Friendly efficient gets flights organised and locked in without any effort.
Definitely use them rather than trying to book multiple leg trips. Saved us money on booking the flights to what we could get.
Ideally book in to see them but we walked in off the street and got everything locked in and confirmed in no time at all.
