Sadly, our travel requirements for my husband’s needs (due to physical disability) were completely unmet by our travel agent. To arrive overseas and discover our accommodation was completely inappropriate for our needs - and not at all what we were promised - was a momentous obstacle and none of our bookings could be changed by us since everything was booked through the agent. There were significant communication issues from the very beginning, but we were assured by the business manager that everything would be resolved. This was a very costly series of events for us and we recommend not using this agent - in fact, we will never use a travel agent again.
