Absolutely incredible travel agency! Julie went above and beyond to advise and plan a cross-country joint work and travel journey in France, and was there for us throughout with answers to questions and provided invaluable advice and guidance for our first trip to Europe. My 1 star review goes to the old hag with dark eye bags or smudged eyeliner, and the few remaining strands of hair on her head, she is rude and unprofessional. Avoid dealing with her. She needs to take training in how to communicate and be friendly or lose her job.

If you must go to this Hello World in Cannington, ask for Rebecca H. She’s lovely and pleasant.

This company is just rude and incompetent
They tell lies and the manager in particular is a nasty piece of work and should find alternative employment. When my wife booked our holiday she did not look at the google rating of 2.8 - had she done so she would never have used them

e had a few difficulties on the holiday and when I called the manager he said “Read the T’s and C’s we are an agent and not responsible “ Never have I experience such an attitude from a travel agent

I cannot stress more highly the absolute shambles this company is

Over priced and took advantage of grieving elderly couple buying plane tickets for a last minute trip to the UK for a funeral. Just didn’t try and help find the best outcome. Go elsewhere!

Never go to this place they are very unprofessional. They never pick up the phone, they always have it on answering machine and they never reply to emails. We used just one time and had the worst experience ever. Never go to the Cannington Branch (carousel shopping centre)
