Disappointing
We went in this morning to speak to a travel agent… did not get past front receptionist who told us “they were interviewing people” and she was on her own.
Her attitude and tone of voice made us feel less than welcome … so we backed out the door.
We have taken our business elsewhere, to a much friendlier team.

We were wanting to make a booking for a holiday and we were recommended to see Paul from Helloworld in Caloundra. From when we first told him where we wanted to go Paul could not have been more helpful. Suggested where to go, what see and where to stay.
Our holiday was everything we wanted and even more. We have just been back in booking our next holiday.
We would thoroughly recommend Helloworld Caloundra for all you holiday needs. Very professional, helpful and friendly.

I did not actually deal with this business but the manager/owner was extremely rude and aggressive posing threats and abuse as well as diminishing us as people.
0/5 nobody should be treated with the ammount of disrespect we got. This incident was very unprofessional and morrally wrong.

Had the pleasure of booking a holiday with Paul. Was such an amazing holiday and nothing went wrong. We have had issues with travel agents not updating us about changes, but not with these guys. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks a million guys

Excellent Service and hardworking staff!

We booked topdeck tour and flights through Bec at the Caloundra branch. She was very friendly and prompt, she scored us discounts with Topdeck and the follow up service has been Terrific.
Stoked as an artichoke!

My only complaint is due to the 2% credit card fee which added some substantial costs but it seems like most agencies have similar fees.
PULL YOUR HEAD IN TOURISM INDUSTRY!

All in all, you should book through these guys!

Very abusive angry man. Has no respect for those he thinks are below him i whitnessed him abusing people outside his shop. So unessesary.
