I had such a beautiful holiday to Canada going with Hello World Ascot Vale! My flights ran very smoothly and had no issues with them. I actually won two bids to be upgraded to business so that was rather nice! My Topdeck tour also ran very smoothly and my trip leader already had all of my required details thanks to Alison at Hello World, so thank you for that! The tour I did in Vancouver (that was recommended by Alison) that went up to Grouse Mountain and the Capilano Suspension Bridge was great and ran very smoothly as well, the tour guide was also very lovely! The communication I had with Alison was great, she was on top of everything and made everything very easy for me, I literally had no issues and had such a smooth sailing holiday its all I wanted, so just wanted to send thank you to you Alison for providing such an amazing holiday. I am not sure why the poor reviews on google about this company but my experience was fantastic, highly recommend Alison and Hello World Travel Ascot Vale to family and friends, thanks so much again!

Initially, Blair arranged for an in-person meeting with me on the same day as my initial call. When I arrived, Kathie swiftly organised return flights to Europe for me within just 20 minutes of our discussion. Kathie and Blair also offered and efficiently assisted with quotes for other flights and transfers around Europe, making the organisation of our trip a breeze.

Kathie went above and beyond to help me with an international flight seat selection issue caused by the airline. Using her expertise, Kathie managed to contact the airline and successfully restored my selected seats without any additional cost or hassle.

Like many people we haven’t travelled since the COVID pandemic began and we are now looking at travelling in 2024. It seems lots of people are travelling and you now need an appointment to discuss your plans with a travel agent. After some recommendations on a local FB page I spoke to Allison who was lovely and took some details about what I was considering as well as my contact number. The appointment was made a week in advance. I arrived a few minutes early and told the lady who opened the door for me that I was there for a 1 pm appointment with Allison. She explained that Allison wasn’t in today and asked what it was that I had wanted. I got the impression that seeing as I was only there to get some information to help plan my trip it wasn’t something she was interested in. She said she had a “little bit of time”. I stated that I had made the appointment a week ago and wondered why nobody contacted me to cancel or reschedule the appointment. She waffled about being back to back busy with appointments. I completely accept that sick leave happens but I don’t think it’s a sign of an organised business that a customer must make an appointment but the business neglects to inform the customer if the appointment becomes unavailable. I had arranged my day around this appointment and ended up wasting my time. Two stars for Allison being very warm and friendly on my initial approach.

I went to this shop to get a quote for my holiday. Old lady was very rude and said $350 fee even before offering quote. This person has no customer service skills and not sure who hired her. worst person i have ever seen. No wonder the reviews are so bad. No more travel agents

Was feeling thrilled to go in and book a potential holiday when that apauling customer service i received shattered my dreams. will definitely not recommend this place, save yourself while you can.

Unfortunately, for the first time, I contacted this travel office, and I was disappointed as a customer, and in a very rude manner, by two women who work in this office, and the problem was that one of these two women said that it was Super Pfizer, and she was very rude. No one can imagine this method. Rude and rude. Unfortunately, I contacted this office, and unfortunately there is no less than one star, otherwise I would have given it to them .. This travel office deserves zero, not one star .. Thank you everyone

Janet from Airport West provided my parents with the worst possible service. She was rude and would complain every time they asked a simple question. She even went on to complain about how she was "too tired" and "had a late night" as if they as customers were some sort of burden on her. She also spoke over the top of them during their interactions. She failed to tell them about a hidden connecting flight and gave them all of their paperwork to travel at the last minute after they enquired multiple times over a few weeks. She is clearly incapable of fulfilling her role as a travel agent. Hello World made a trip of a lifetime a very stressful experience for them. For people who have never been overseas before and who hired a travel agent to make the process easier for them, this has been the worst decision that they have made.
