Great staff, very helpful, organised everything for us, including covermore insurance, (now available for 12 months) so convenient if you travel a few times in the year. Would recommend to anyone, girls go above and beyond to make sure your holiday is memorable

Though professional when everything runs fun, when COVID hit, everything went sour. Had to rebook our trip and pay thousands extra on top even though I paid for my trip in full. Helloworld told me not to cancel and let the airlines cancel. Then when the government imposed a travel ban, I was still hit with fees in the thousands of dollars even though I didn't cancel. I had to fight to even get the extra fees in flight fares back from my airline and I had ring my insurance company to get the policy refunded as I didn't travel. Helloworld did nothing to get me any of that money back. I later learnt they put hundreds of dollars on top of the insurance premium as opposed to going direct to the insurer. Yes they have to make money too, but charging over double the policy fee is nothing short of dishonest.
There was nothing in their terms and conditions,which were less than half an A4 page mind you, stating I would have to pay fees in the event of a pandemic. Those T&C's were a joke.
Helloworld did not even disclose their suppliers terms and conditions, at the time of booking, yet I was also hit with fees from them as well.
This industry needs trust accounts for customers money held in trust until after we go on our trip.
This was the first and last time I use a travel agent and especially Helloworld Elizabeth.

I cannot recommend Helloworld Elizabeth highly enough. This year I booked my first overseas trip there. Mary was my travel agent. When I first went in I had a million questions yet Mary's professionalism made everything clear. My entire trip was planned with care and ease. My trip to New York City was a dream come true, and I can thank Mary and her team for making it happen.
