We have been using this agency for many years , for good reason. Primarily Deanna helps prepare our trips ( and the other ladies help if Deanna is not Available- and update info and bookings when required )
I feel well looked after, and all our tours / holidays have gone perfectly , due to Deanna’s diligence , professionalism and personal care taken in the trip’s preparation. We used Helloworld for our trip to Japan & Thailand and their aid with travel arrangements were great and thorough. In particular though, it was their aid afterward that was particularly spectacular.
I had left some small, but valuable belongings in Japan and the hotel would not send them back to Australia via international mail. The agents at Helloworld organised for the items to be picked up by their contact in Japan and then brought back to Australia with one of their agents who was travelling there.
They went above and beyond what I would have expected and I am extremely greatful for their help.

I will be recommending Helloworld Glenbrook.

Service is very slack. Details of travel weren't correct. Marsha had to be reminded to do things then reminded again. And never did get my FF points despite providing the the FF number while in the office, then again by email. Finally have had to make the claim for the flights myself.

I am sorry I did not get to call you back before close of day (2PM) Saturday. I got the flights I wanted via the airlines as discussed. When flying Qantas don't forget to check their partners, e.g. American Airlines. I really appreciate your professionalism and understanding.
