Helen was amazing to work with from the start. She did not hesitate when we discussed our wedding being quite far in Brisbane. Her calm demeanours, and decisive actions helped us so much on our journey, as it was obviously our first time!

We were in the midst of renovation during the wedding planning, and I had to work interstate with frequent travel, which took up a lot of our time. Helen was always very understanding, and incredibly patient throughout the process. She took the time to help us draft various options based on what we liked, to help with the limited time we had.

The day of our wedding, we had to change our venue due to flood. Helen was very accomodating, and agreed to meet us at whichever location that is suitable, to ensure we had the time to go through the legality properly.

The ceremony was most beautiful, Helen was so down to earth and easy to talk to. She calmed me down so much especially with all the chaos of the venue earlier in the day. She guided us through the process, and the reading she did for us during the ceremony was the voiceover for our video. I loved it that much.

We can't thank Helen enough for a perfect day, and we cannot imagine being married by anyone else. I cannot recommend Helen highly enough!

Our wedding day was simple and to the point, just as we wished it would be and Helen respected all of our decisions throughout the whole process. She was very accepting towards our identities as trans folk and even read out our chosen names during the ceremony for us.

She made the process very easy on us whereas previously I was stressed about the steps we would have to take to be married. All in all, Helen was perfect and as a result our wedding day was as well.

Helen, our celebrant, is an amazing person and the best wedding celebrant we could have wished for! Professional, friendly, flexible and with a personal and authentic touch.

It was raining during our wedding - nature's confetti - a knot that is wet is the strongest it can be - a symbol of our love which is something I believe Helen went above board to think of.
