Zhanna was extremely helpful with our visas, 485 and subsequently 491, and especially with including my partner in as a secondary applicant.

Zhanna will do the homework for you so you won't have to commit to the hours and stress of self-education of your particular visa(s), but you would still be required to gather documents she requests from you.

There were a few times where I panicked after-hours due to problems within the application processes and Zhanna always strived to be as available as possible, responding to my queries on the weekends and even after midnight! Quality service!
