From arrival at the airport we were greeted by Krishnan who welcomed us and explained to us what was going to happen and then we were introduced to the wonderful Thilak, who looked after us and with his wonderful personality and patience and amazing experience showed us his beautiful country with pride.
Nothing was a problem for Thilak and his knowledge of his country is fantastic.
We can with absolute certainty recommend Heavenly Lanka and their staff would not hesitate in suggesting that they be used on your next holiday to Sri Lanka.

We have just finished a tailor made tour and can’t recommend this enough. Our guide, Thilak, was amazing. The itinerary was flexible and adapted as needed. Thilak was good company and knowledgeable to answer all questions. The office checked in daily to see how we were travelling. We would definitely love to do it again but spend more time next time.

My Spanish cousins recently visited Sri Lanka and they wanted to tour the few place of the island on their spare days apart from visiting relatives. Heavenly Lanka were great at organising my trips to Sri Lanka, the most beautiful place to visit and a wonderful company to go with! I recently visited again for two weeks with my dad and we saw many highlights of the country on this trip as well as my previous one with Heavenly Lanka too. In total I have visited most of the National Parks, enjoyed the world famous train journey to Ella and enjoyed the Cultural highlights including the Tooth Relic Temple in Kandy, Sigiriya Rock Fortress and Anuradapura to name just a few. Our 18 day Sri Lankan holiday organised by Heavenly Lanka Vacation was a best-ever for our family. Thusitha used the Culture Tour as the base and customised it to our interests. The itinerary was brought to life by Ananda, an excellent guide and lovely person. He quickly got to understand each of us, and fine-tuned daily activities around our interests.
We loved the variety of Sri Lanka – the history, culture, diverse scenery and wildlife – enhanced by the friendly people and wonderful food. From the historic centre, hill country, game parks, rainforest and beaches its hard to pick a favourite. Each day was a joy.
Thusitha, Ananda and Nalaka went the extra mile in planning and hosting our holiday. We strongly recommend Heavenly Lanka Vacations!

In October 2022, I spent 14 days touring Sri Lanka with a small group whereby our tour guide was Nalaka from Heavenly Lanka Vacations.

Nalaka’s knowledge of all the areas we visited in Sri Lanka was vast and very insightful. By the end of our tour, Nalaka had become a good friend of our group and felt as if he was part of our ‘family’.

The highlights of our tour was visiting Yala National park where we were very fortunate to see the elusive leopard, Sigiriya where we visited the famous Lion Rock, Minneriya National Park for the herds of elephants, the famous Kandy railway, and the Galle Fortress just to name a few. Accomodation was in minimum 4 star hotels and most meals included. Transport was in a very comfortable air conditioned bus.

Overall, this was an awesome experience and I highly recommend travelling to and around Sri Lanka with Heavenly Lanka Vacations.
