On our recent elopement, Karin was our officiant and she was so amazing ! She was very attentive and made sure our day was what we wanted . From choosing our vows to even taking some pictures and sending them to us , she was so friendly and engaging through the whole ceremony. She was so fun and energetic- amazing experience! Karin was our day of coordinator and officiant for our wedding at the Howey Mansion and she did such an amazing job for both. She has lots of experience and will help you think of small details to make the day run smoother that you otherwise wouldn’t know. She was always so kind and understanding with any changes I made to our day or our ceremony readings. She helped to decorate my wedding beautifully day of, even better than I could have imagined. She was so supportive from day one, even sending me links to items before I even booked her. I would 100% recommend Karin for your day of coordinating and officiating needs! My family and friends all adored her. She truly made my husband and I feel so taken care of and special on our big day.

We hired Karin for day of coordination and officiant after seeing how well she did with one of our closet friends. Karin did such an amazing job, she made everything run so smoothly for me and made me feel so much for comfortable during the day. She had her assistant with her who also helped so much as well!! We love Karin and could not have had a better day with out her team. With out her I don’t think some of our vendors would have got back to me. She made sure they got every thing done, correctly! Karin is the sweetest most genuinely beautiful person I’ve ever met!! I knew from day one she would be the person officiating our wedding. Her communication and options were on point. I hired Karin for our Officiant and Day of Coordinator for me and my husband‘s 40 year Vow renewal. I found her through our local Facebook group and saw so many people highly recommended her. I am so glad I hired her! Karin and her assistant were amazing! Karin took care of all the details on the day of, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Me and my husband eloped when we were young, so never had a real wedding. Karin helped me make my dream wedding Come true, and I would highly recommend Hearts and Souls! They are the best!
