Working with Madison and her team was easily the BEST decision we made during our wedding planning process! I can't recommend her highly enough!!

I thought I could plan our wedding by myself, and a few months before, I started to panic, realizing how much work I had taken on, so I started looking for day-of coordinators. Madison was recommended to me as LGBTQ-friendly, and I knew we wanted to work with her as soon as we met with her! She is incredibly professional, organized, and knowledgeable about the wedding industry. We went with her package that gave us day-of coordination, rehearsal coordination, as well as taking over vendor communication for the month before the wedding. It was SO nice to have her take over vendor communication. It allowed me to focus on other tasks without the added stress. In taking over vendor communication, she caught a number of things that I had missed, which could have been a disaster on the day of! She also let me know when payments were due and how much was due. It sounds so small, but receiving a note from her instead of having to track everything myself was HUGE. We had access to all kinds of planning documents and lists, which were so helpful.

Madison was such a joy to work with. She's incredibly sweet, helpful, and so communicative!

Our day was absolutely PERFECT with Madison at the helm. She worked so hard to give us exactly what we asked for, and we appreciate her so much. Our day went seamlessly, and I can't thank her enough for giving us our dream wedding! I seriously don't know what I would have done without her!

A wedding coordinator was not something I initially thought I needed and now I can't imagine getting through my wedding day without them. We booked Madison to help us from 4 weeks out from the wedding through the big day and it was the absolute best decision! She helped me remain stress and worry free throughout those final weeks, and I felt like I actually got to enjoy every single minute of my wedding day because I knew if anything came up Madison would handle it. From coordinating with vendors, making a detailed timeline, setting up reception decor, picking up our late night snack, and coming up with a plan b for pictures the day before the wedding when we knew rain was coming (which we ended up needing to use!) are just a few of the amazing things Madison was able to do for us. We booked the month of package and they took care of everything so we could relax and enjoy the final days of our engagement/get excited for our wedding! Danielle was my main coordinator the day of and she was perfect!!!! On the day of, she was always there waiting for me with a fan, water, and asking me what I needed next. She, along with a few other workers, stayed til the wee hours of the morning to get everything organized and cleaned up so we didn't have to lift a hand the day of/day after the wedding! She made sure every detail I requested was completed and got everyone where they needed to be when they needed to be there. I am so appreciate of the whole Hawthorne team!
