We celebrated our son’s 9th birthday at Hawkesbury function centre. And trust me it was the best decision. Everything was just perfect. Decor, food ,ambience and specially management. They made sure everything was served to perfection.
Once we booked them, they took over everything and and managed it so well. Every one praised the food and the variety they offer.

A beautiful venue for a well organised function. We had our baby shower at hawkesbury function centre.everything was osm , food was tasty, few extra setups provided at no cost. I give it 7 star out of 5.

Hawkesbury function is a great place for a party .We recently hosted our son’s first birthday at the Hawkesbury function centre .We are extremely pleased with the service and attention to detail we got from the organisers. The owner is very friendly and approachable and gave a personal touch to the entire function. Food was excellent in terms of taste, variety n quantity. Our Guests thoroughly enjoyed the food n the whole Ambiance of the function Center . Plenty of parking as well.
Highly recommended to Anyone looking to host a successful n memorable party!

What a wonderful place it is whether its a birthday party of 60 people or a wedding event of 200, this place can have all. Yes its not new and very fancy but you wont regret for a single penny for hosting your event here. Food is by Mithai junction and that should itself speak volumes for its quality and cherry on the cake is Ken , the ma who manages everything here. He is one person who is just incredible to talk and deal to. He listens to everything and tries to accomodate your request even till last moment. Basic decor they give for tables is beautiful and they got contact for all other party necessities. Only 1 downside was external speaker and mic that Ken arranged as it wasn't at par the standards of this magnificent venue. Definitely away from city rush but that makes this place even more special.

Good size for any function venue, up to 200 people indoors, and lots of room for outdoor & parking. But it needs a midas touch!
Quite an old setup and upgrade is unavoidable, but fewer updates or renovation would do the work.

I had my wedding here 2 weeks ago now and had an amazing night but the lead up and afterwards was a nightmare. If you have strong opinions and you know what you want I don't think this is the place for you. I knew what I wanted and all I needed was an event coordinator and management that were nice, easy to work with and helpful but I deffenately didn't get that.
I do not recommend their wedding packages as there is alot on non inclusions especially GST + more. Please DO NOT pay a cent more than the deposit until the latest date or they will take it all and use this against you so you have to book with them. MAKE SURE you get every single piece of paperwork because they don't give it all to you and this is where the hidden costs and terms are.
I was verbally abused by their event coordinator and publically shamed on social media by their staff member who I never once met.
They held my belongings trying to blackmail me into having my GUESTS and husband take down their reviews off social media.
Their promises of professional wait staff was not correct and there was a 15 year old behind the bar. The carpets are badly stained, their was mould on the ceiling above a table and there was ants on a guests table! Their solution was to spray it with spray and still leave the guests to eat their meal there.
On the wedding day the make up artist + hair lady in their package didn't turn up as early as needed, didn't have enough product and started my hair when my car arrived to pick me up which made me late by an hour to my own wedding.
The DJ/MC Johnny was really great!
The photo booth stopped working and had to be fixed and missed out on ALOT of photos.
The food was average and certain drinks ran out before our package was up. We were asked to pay for our drinks even though we were the bride and groom with drinks for the entire function. Some guests who purchased outside of our package were charged different prices each time they purchased the same drink. No EFTPOS available either which made it worse.
It rained on the lead up and on the day of the wedding and there was a giant hole in the drive way. I did ask days prior and was told it won't get any deeper but it was already deep enough. The parking lot is actually grass and guests complained about mud and getting stuck when arriving.
Just be careful when choosing this place for your event I don't want anyone else to feel the way I felt from these people.
