We and our friends had drive through sites. The staff were friendly. The amenities were adequate. Hawker is a good place to go south to Quorn and north to Wilpena Pound and further.

Great managers. They have cabins as well as drive though van parking. Great place to use as a home base for visiting the Flinders. This is not a hotel but a caravan park.

Great place to stay whilst in Hawker. The cabin has been β€˜refreshed’ and they were clean and welcoming after a long day on the road. Close to all amenities - the only criticism we had, is the blind for the window which overlooks the park, has no sheer blind to offer privacy. The cabin was dark and it would have been nice to open the blind without compromising privacy. Just a sheer roller blind is all it needs. Thank you.

Great location and very friendly service. Also good wifi. The cabins are clean with plenty of bedding but are small and dated and more like a motel room. There are not enough power points, and a kitchenette rather than a kitchen....plan to BBQ or eat out. With 2 adults and 3 teenagers, there just wasn't enough room to fit comfortably. One positive was everyone was in bed by 9.30!

Great country accommodation. The cabin was clean and the beds super comfortable. The park was very busy as in peak tourist season, and the park is a quiet with respectful, pleasant campers. Lovely front of house office staff.

Was very busy on the day we were there. Think everyone was avoiding the rain. The site we were allocated was small, Fortunately there was an area next to us to park up the truck after we unhitched. Amenities were clean. Have stayed here before and would stay again. Reasonable value at $45 for power and water.

Practically last sizeable stop before the outback, except Leigh Creek. The caravan park is definitely showing its age and lack of care. The toilet and shower blocks appear to have no updates since the 70s. They don't get a lot of cleaning either.
Water is hot, but that's the only positive. Paper wrappers in the shower stall were there long enough to have cobwebs on them, and at least four days that we were there.
At $45 pn, I would expect a lot more cleanliness.
