Stayed in room 208. The room is situated at the end of a concrete hall that leads to a large amount of noise echoing through, disturbing any chance of a sleep in. Black mould present in the bathroom, on ceiling and tiles. There's no extraction fan, surprised this is allowed? Even with the window open a large amount of moisture builds up after one shower. Sheets, carpet, and wall all had marks/stains on it which made it feel more dirty and run down. Good quality room turn down. Bed comfortable enough. Front desk service was polite, appreciated being able to check in early at 12pm. Nice area in Glebe with some good brunch spots around. About a $15 Uber to central station

Booked 2 nights at the Haven Glebe. This hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment and our room was outstanding! Clean, lovely comfortable beds with its own balcony.

The location is amazing, across the road from a variety of restaurants and cafes. There’s a well equipped local supermarket and a green grocers.

The staff were delightful and very
Helpful. There is Underground parking but we had no issues with parking on the street.

Very quirky hotel and fabulous area.

Would absolutely stay here again.

Booked a two-night stay at Haven Glebe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and amenities were great. Loved the proximity to all the essentials (grocers, public transport, and restaurants) and the buffet breakfast in the café next door made my mornings a lot easier to manage. The gym is also surprisingly well equipped. Also appreciated the free umbrellas to use on the consecutive wet days. The only weird thing was the bathroom window facing the hallway. Even though the window was frosted and shut I still felt a bit exposed and could hear other guests in their bathrooms (!). Despite that I still would recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel near the CBD!

This hotel is very nice. The staff were very welcoming . The room itself was lovely, very comfortable bed, very clean. The shower room was excellent, with shampoo etc included. My only gripe with our room was where it was as it was at the top of the stairs so anyone else staying on our floor had to pass our room so I did get woken up a few times. |Breakfast was provided with a voucher to the adjoining cafe, this was also excellent, again the staff in there were very friendly catering for my lactose free diet. |Glebe was a nice suburb of Sydney , we like walking so we’re happy to do the hour walk to the Rocks and Circular Quay , but transport facilities are excellent with regular buses and trains to the city. |This is an excellent option if you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel to explore Sydney

Stayed in a large group at Haven Glebe Jack and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, this was noticeably due to the staff and their constant hard work and attention to detail.
The location couldn't have been better for us as we were heading away on a cruise from White Bay Wharf. But in close proximity to two pubs, a brilliant Thai restaurant that i have reviewed separately and a very popular Cafe straight across the road for that morning coffee.
Thank you once again Jack and staff of Haven Glebe...we hope to see you soon

Rooms were clean and great location. But the noise of other guests, oh my God. The windows were really great sound blocking from outdoors but the same could not be said for the door. There were legit people yelling to eachother up and down the stairwell in the middle of the night, massive racket first thing in the morning as well. Could hear everything as though there wasn't even a door there. No sign of anyone to keep the rowdy guests in line either. Not very restful. Either better soundproof doors or staff to oversee the night time goings on would be a massive improvement.

Best hotel in Glebe Sydney!!❤️
I stayed in this hotel almost for a month and got new friends🤘🏻
Worth to stay in hotel with best quality complimentary breakfast, daily housekeeping service and friendly staff.
Staff is so supportive and welcoming that because of them I used to start my day with a big smile😁
loved the time I spend here🤝 Thank you for the support and care Haven family.

Great location in Glebe across the road from cafes . A 10 minute Uber drive to the rocks . The most comfortable bed and pillows I have slept on in a hotel . |Quiet and peaceful . Would definitely stay here again . |Staff were very accommodating and we were fortunate to be given an early check in as our room was ready . Highly recommend staying here .
