This is our third time visiting, and every time we leave 100% satisfied.
You simply can’t ask for a better smashed burger — juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The onion rings and fries are top-notch — crispy, not greasy at all.
They also have a great selection of canned beers to choose from.
The only suggestion would be to improve the seating area — a more thoughtful design and more comfortable seats would make the experience even better

I got to try out this local spot over the weekend and I'm glad to say that I am very satisfied with my dining experience here! We arrived at 6:30pm on Friday evening and the atmosphere was very welcoming and calm, in contrast to the usual loud/noisy restaurants on a Friday night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating 😁

For our meals, I ordered a burger called 'Your Dirty Uncle', my friend ordered a 'Cheeky Tuesday' burger, and we also shared a large portion of Dutch Fries on the side. Our burgers were very satisfying and the portion size was very filling and worth the price! I loved how the Dutch Fries was also in large quantity and was very tasty. I also ordered a Milo/Oreo Shake for dessert and loved it! 😍 Overall, I'm very happy with my experience here and hope to come here again soon ☺️

Great shakes… they make your life better! Last time we had the fancy burger, this time a classic - simple smashy! Just delicious. Love these guys so much it made my book as a must visit place in Brisbane. Amazon - BBQ Origins Mouth-watering Meats. Hope you enjoy the book as much as we love your burgers.

First time here. Super quirky menu which gave us more than one giggle. Food is unique in the best way. Service staff was super friendly. Loved the "Sizzler-esque" cheesy toast and the burgers were (we ordered P-B&J + Spicy Chook), in my partner's words, up there with the best we've ever had.

I was slightly concerned the decadence of my Spicy Chook may be a little overwhelming, so I added tomato, red onion, and lettuce to add a little "freshness" and switched chilli mayo to pickle mayo, which were great customisations, imo. The pickles also do a great job of cutting the richness.

All in all, big love here. No doubt we'll be back and will be recommending to others. Thanks guys!

SCRUMPDIDDLYUMPTIOUS!!!!! It’s been a week since the crunch… the melting moment…. I have dreamt every night of the burgerway to heaven that blessed my tastebuds last week. I’m on my way back there for very belated seconds right now & remembered if you leave a review the chef will get up on your table & do a little dance! GET THEIR MILKSHAKES BTW GLUGLURGLEGLUG YUMMERS OH YUMMY!!!!!!

Great place to drop in and eat. Delicious menu with creative names for burgers. I had PB-J burger and it was delicious, could taste the PB. My friend had the lucky chicken and he downed that speedily cause it was so good. Choccy peppermint shake was so thick and yummy and filled with chunks of peppermint chocolate at the bottom.

BRISBANE’s BEST BURGER!

I have been a fan of Hashtag Burgers since 2020, regularly visiting their Fortitude Valley store. This was my first visit to their newer Ashgrove store and my goodness was it worth the trip!

What’s new:
-spacious dining room with tons of natural light
-new and familiar staff (super friendly)
-tons of parking round back
-BEER ON TAP

The menu alone made me risk it all as I opted for the fried chicken and soft serve ice-cream. Awful combo you might think? (especially for a lactose intolerant man)
You’d be WRONG.
I felt pure joy as the multitude of flavours hit my mouth after the first bite.

I couldn’t leave without taking home the good ol’ faithful: Pickle Me Elmo and Morning Wood burger. Which is always a crowd pleaser for the mrs 😉

Excellent tasting burgers and swift service! Got the Simple Sally and Cheeky Tuesday. Definitely worth the price. Will try the other ones when we get back.
