We purchased a Bosch Dishwasher from the local Harvey Norman store as we like to support local shops. We paid the extra money for the one made in Germany as it was supposedly better quality only have it installed and realise it was faulty. Harvey Norman Tumut have advised this is not their problem and pushed the responsibility back on to Bosch who have organised a technician to come repair our brand new dishwasher that has not been used ever.... repairs to be complete in a months' time. I cannot believe the level of service or lack thereof.

Josh severed us today, he was extremely helpful and went beyond what was required of him, he's knowledgeable and very professional and extremely motivated, one can tell he wants the customers to have a good experience, being chatty and polite. Absolutely wonderful service from Nathan today !!!! Instead of buying a storage unit for my PS he gave me some tips about PS plus ( i’m still learning how to use it ) which will allow me to delete games but keep their data. He was so friendly and explained it so well, definitely deserves an award of some kind !!!!

Not this place in general . Harvey Norman , placed a order on line and now on back order . Why , if you don't have it , don't advertise it . Been trying to reach anyone for three days or more . Perthitic .
