We’ve been waiting a couple weeks to put together the right words to thank Mon, and we’re still struggling to find them. Six months out from our wedding, Fayte and I unfortunately had to find a new venue, and we also had to swap dates. Mon was there every step of the way, accomodating to our new venue and date change, being present in meetings with the venue and other vendors, putting together mood boards, and sourcing all hire items. She was also very accomodating to our budget, suggesting particular items that may cost less for hire and helping us stay in line with our original budget. On the day of our wedding, we were blown away by the magic she had created. Every styling item had a place and intention behind it. Mon also styled items and signage that we had DIY’d and brought in from home. She added so much warmth and beauty to our wedding; it truly would not have been the same without her. This year my wife and I had the pleasure of Mon looking after all the fine details of our wedding. From the pre-meetings, to the on-the-day check-ins, to the follow-ups after the event, Mon was all over everything and made a potentially stressful day into an extremely smooth and enjoyable process. From 7am until 9pm, Mon diligently curated and constructed the wedding of our dreams - it was complete perfection. The table, the décor, the setting, the set up of the ceremony area, the layout of the cocktail and lawn games area, and all the other design elements that made our day what it was. Monique styled my wedding reception (styling + flowers) as well as creating my wedding bouquet - and everything was absolutely beautiful! Monique was so wonderful to work with - she took the time to meet and understood what we were after and worked with us to make it a reality.
