We rented a holiday home (which be booked online) from Harris South Coast and the key pickup was easy, though they didn't even check our ID to confirm which was a little strange. They do have limited hours because it's obviously not their main business but it does need to be factored in when thinking of utilising one of their wonderful home-stays. They took a hefty deposit but we left the house sparkling so we'll be seeing it returned in full in the coming days. Key drop-off was just in a letterbox out the front of the building. We would absolutely stay again, now that we understand the process and recommend them for sure ?

I am a neighbour of a rental property managed by Harris Real Estate. They were good when they were Harcourt and tbf I rarely m, if ever, dealt with them as they were all over it ? This recent necessary dealing due to shared sewage in a community Corp was directly. Mandy basically uses shouting as a method when personal excuses about being underpaid, overworked, or covering for someone else doesn't work. When I asked her the second time to stop shouting at me, she shouted even louder. She also denied my request to keep me informed or to provide the legally required docs for the Corp to state that the sewage issue was resolved. She then shouted again and put the phone down. Not cool

I dealt with Grant who on behalf of a client led me to believe i had an agreement to lease commercial property (an offer was accepted in writing via email) after I had invested into set up of a business and without any prior communication, I was informed that the client had the intention to deal with a third party leaving me with the associated costs. I would advise caution for anyone else in a similar position.

We have now stayed at Gallery 7 Appartment Victor Harbour 3 times since 2022 and can only say we love it ? It is immaculately clean when you enter and we can walk to the Victor Centre in 10 minutes. Lovely views and very spacious. We will be staying again in the near future..

We had a pleasant interaction with Jemma Morris in 2022 when we decided to purchase a block of land while we were in Victoria. Very nice to deal with, directed us to Michelle Taylor who assisted us with the rental of the property while waiting for ours to build. Michelle had gone the extra mile for us to provide letter to support our bank loan.
We would have given 5 stars if not for the rental experience. Should have asked for a clean house for a start but sadly did not.

Having Harcourts South Coast and Kayla as my property manager,has been the right decision.
Not residing on the coast,it can be somewhat worrying being an absentee landlord.
Kayla's communication has been timely,knowledgeable and naturally friendly.All correspondence,including frequent detailed inspection reports and maintenance issues are promptly solved.
This has calmed my anxious nature and resulted in a successful,
landlord --- property management --- tenant , outcome.

We moved to South Australia in 2020 and found a unit for rent in the Victor Harbor area . HARCOURTS South Coast being the Realestate Agent for this unit. We have enjoyed our time in this unit and hope that we can stay much longer. Dealing with Harcourt Realestate Agency has alwise been great and easy.
