Having traveled from Brisbane, I'd had a long day, but the lady greeted me so warmly it was lovely. The bonus was that I was traveling with my dog, who is very anxious so wanted somewhere pet friendly. A ground floor room was just the right thing. Lovely decor, comfortable bed, great shower, a microwave, cutlery, jug, toaster etc. were all there! Great place to stay. Quiet, great view and easy to get to places around Gladstone if needed.

My partner, myself and our dog stayed here one night as a half way mark on our drive to Airlie Beach from Brisbane. |Yvonne was very welcoming to all three of us and she was a pleasure to deal with in person and over the phone when booking. This was my first time staying at a dog friendly motel and it was much cleaner than I had expected. Our dog was allowed in the room with us, which was great! We arrived at night and had a beautiful view of the lights in the town and in the morning, the ocean. Location is quiet and peaceful and the supermarket is a short walk away as well. |This will now be our stopping place when doing that drive again. Thank you for having us.

What a fantastic resting place for pet owners! Yvonne was able to accommodate us and our new rescue puppy at short notice and was very welcoming; even though we didn't arrive till after 6pm. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable; all with a fantastic harbour vista which we made the most of as we sat with our drinks outside. And best of all; we could take our pup into the room with us. Thank you for a great pet-friendly stay.

This motel is on a great spot, close to town, and on a hill with views over the harbour and city. The bonus for us was it was pet friendly there was 4 of us with 2 dogs, and it was great to find a reasonable priced pet friendly motel. Although the room was dated and basic, it was clean, with a separate bedroom, and 2 single beds and a lounge in the living space. The kitchen was basic, but did have a large fridge, microwave, stove top and cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and glasses. There was a sign saying to use the supplied products to leave room in clean condition, but could only find a tea towel. Thankfully I always carry a ‘go pack’ with cloths and detergent.

Fantastic caring Manager who made our stay in Gladstone enjoyable after massive trip failures. Clean well equipped rooms and lovely swimming pool also had a pet friendly room. Reasonably priced and close to amenities Would recommend Thank you Carol for going above and beyond

Great manager, very accommodating. Clean an comfortable rooms with everything you need and a great view, would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Thanks for an awesome stop/rest while traveling. The cheapest best value pet friendly motel I have stayed at, and I have stayed at a few.

My partner and I were most impressed with our stay here, extreamly clean, pet friendly, stunning views of the sun rising and setting over the ocean, great pool and BBQ areas, great for family vacations or even a romantic getaway. Rachel, hubby and staff were more then accommodating during our stay and we can't wait to see them again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Beautiful! Panoramic views of Gladstone and huge rooms for such a Cheap price. I would have easily expected such a room to cost 3 times as much. Would stay here again. Can't praise this Motel enough!

PLEASE NOTE: Owing to the breathtaking views. The driveway to the hotel itself is quite steep. lower powered, older cars could possibly have trouble with it.. 🙂
