Hi Mary. I hope u receive my voicemail about the situation I had happen in 2020 at your property.
I am needing an explanation and this to be resovlbed along with the footage shown. As you were aware the person I was staying with at the time Jason Wilkinson had used needles and I freaked out and called the ambulance. U we’re made aware of that and come and asked if I needed support during my pregnancy however a week or less you evicted me over knowledge and godfather I knew nothing about nor did I receive any information other than a text message. I also gained a staph infection on your property shower floor that I can provide medical evidence regarding this as I neeeded 2 months of treatment to be followed up.
I’m not happy with the service your motel or accommodation has offered. I do understand this was throughout covid times however with the state, condition what went down and my actual circumstances I was not treated in a fair manner what so ever. If no explanation, video footage and information is released in regards to this for room 222a I will be taking this a lot further in a higher lawsuit as not only was I treated poorly I gained an infectious disease from your property then thrown out whilst pregnant.
Not happy with the experience and would not recommend nor suggest this property for any stay.

I needed to cancel my booking because my wife has to have emergency surgery. When I called today the person has no clue at all what they are doing and told me to go through booking.com and told me to change the dates. I change the dates and they keep declining them. They are stealing over $1000 from me. They won’t refund or change dates after telling me they will change dates. Please do yourself a favour and book anywhere bar this place.

Location was excellent, close to everything and easy walk to the beach. I stayed in room 206 which was excellent. Clean, tidy, and awesome TV for the kids. Definitely recommend this place.

Room 206 looks fresh and very clean. Really enjoyed the stay. It has a pool and BBQ area. Close to shops, surfers paradise, beach and SeaWorld

Most disgusting hotel
Booked for my daughter who was on 3 weeks work placement (not paid)
Bathroom mouldy, carpet ripped up with nails showing, room smelt of cigarettes.
Daughter checked in went to room then straight back to reception. Lady on shift nothing but rude, Refused any refund and could not of cared about the poor conditions. Would never stay or recommend.

No hot water for 15 units when I stayed at Harbour Side Resort. Management said it was not their fault, they don’t have capacity. Was told try again 2 1/2 to 3 hours for a hot shower. Would not recommend. Abysmal service. $300 bond is outrageous. You have to pay for internet. Good location.

The worst host I have ever seen. I booked this for my Christmas holidays. From the first minute I thought need to change the place for my vacation. Fortunately got my refund through my booking agent. No working aircon in living area and the second bedroom as well. Second bedroom has two separate single beds. The host has advertise the facilities wrong. Think at least 100times before book this place.

Easy checkin. Clean comfortable room. Easy parking. Great hot water. Only downfall was that we had no soap, shampoo or toilet paper provided. Towels were not changed on a 2 night stay having read other reviews apparently this required an extra charge. Quite noisy neighbours to all hours. Leaking/running tap constantly in the bathroom. Other guests permanently smoking right outside our door which made it stink. For the price it is okay but definitely requires some updating.
