What a fantastic surprise this was!! The entire town was booked out and we had not pre booked anywhere. Luckily Hara house had one room left for us. Beautifully renovated ‘adults only’ accommodation with luxury appointments, gorgeous attention to detail and absolute comfort. The bed was superb, room decor had fun hints of whimsy, the rain shower was fabulous, and the staff were lovely. Beautiful mineral pool to enjoy, poolside bar, fabulous dining room. Restaurant staff were smiling and friendly. Our room was very quiet even though the hotel was clearly full. Wonderful experience staying in an ‘adults only hotel’ as there was no unnecessary noise, no bored kids slamming doors and running outside rooms, no babies crying, was serenely quiet. Could not fault anything. Would absolutely recommend if you want something spotlessly clean and a cut above the standard regional town accommodation for a peaceful stay. Many thanks for looking after us. Will definitely be back

Hara House… well what can I say. What an amazing place to stay. The rooms are beautifully designed and cleaned to the highest standard! The pool was lovely and a treat to enjoy towards the end of the day. I stayed here as it was near to the Spartan Race site so for me the location was perfect. The staff there are just incredible. They went above and beyond for me. I was out early in the morning each day. So they organised a breakfast box which was left in my room for the morning. They were all so friendly they made my stay fabulous. Not only that I had a fantastic massage on the Saturday night. Thank you so much for the care and attention you show to your customers!

We completely loved our two night stay at Hara House. The newly decorated rooms with their Palm Springs - inspired design were such a treat. The beds and pillows are wonderfully comfortable. There is a choice of 3 different short walks into the centre of Bright. We also had a lovely meal in the restaurant. The staff were lovely. We can't wait to come back again.

Loved our stay here!
The bed was soft and comfortable. Pillows are quite high so bring your own pillow if you're sensitive to that - I brought my own.
Air conditioning worked well in the heat. The pool was clean and enjoyable.
Restaurant was also amazing with great cocktails!
We also thoroughly enjoyed the tennis court - by far our favourite thing to do!
Very close via car to the main town. Walk there is about 20 mins and it was enjoyable.

What a great find. Beautiful 1980's motel refurbished to the highest standard. We were fortunate enough to stay in one of their two suites. Beautifully decorated and superbly comfortable.|Pool area was inviting. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant offered a pleasant environment with good food.|Our massage was wonderful and the space has been decorated beautifully.|All in all Shannon and her team are doing an awesome job.|Look forward to coming back.

It was a relaxing and quiet experience to visit Hara House in Bright at a time when the rest of the town was teeming with crowds of holiday makers. This small adults-only resort provided comfortable sun-lounges around a well-designed pool and bar, so it felt like we could have been anywhere. The refurbishment of a country motel into a contemporary location has been done cleverly to optimise the layout and facilities. Rooms were comfortable and well fitted-out. The no-kids ambience is a key feature of Hara House and which is why we (and many others) have chosen this place as a place to relax for a memorable getaway.

This motel has been very cleverly reimagined inside snd out. It is fun, yet very comfortable and practical. Gorgeous bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Great restaurant with food that is very fresh, light and healthy. You can pull up outside pretty close to your door so that it is easy to unpack. Impressive, really good value and a fantastic addition to Bright.

Fantastic stay. They have done a great job with the renovation. The room was lovely and comfortable. The pool area was great. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was fantastic food with great wines. Easy access to trails and town. I would definitely stay here again.
