Today a completely different world opened up for us. We visited happy travels Potts Point to have a cup of coffee and we met Jamie. He is so nice and friendly - He helped us plan our next 4 weeks on the eastcoast. Which we would never be able to do ourselves. He understood our preferences and planned accordingly. Made us do some activities we might not dare, but are so looking forward to now!!!! Our trip has completely changed and we are so thankful we went in there for a coffee and met Jamie. Today my friend and I went by Happy Travels in Potts Point just to get a coffee. We left two hours later with the rest of our trip planned in collaboration with two nice men. They hereby receive my highest recommendation. They book everything from transport to accommodation to day trips, everything. Amazing tips and helped with booking various activities over in New Zealand. Jamie was really helpful in getting us a last minute caravan for hire, making sure to secure the vehicle and checking its availability by calling the dealers. I booked an appointment for the 4 day diving class in Cairns. I was ill the whole time ill before that and updated through emails happy travels and told them I am to sick for taking place at my class. They didn't replied. I couldn't take place at the beginning of the class and they made me responsible fot that. I don't see any money again or don't have any diving license. It's a pity that you always have to call happy travels instead of e-mal communication. My adviser was also only advising me to the support mail, which is not available all the time.
