Not only did he help us get the best deal for snorkelling on the great barrier reef, but also recommended places to stay, see, eat and party in cairns which made our holiday so much more rewarding. They provide a great experience, i highly recommend using them

very bad experience never again. the shop close at 7 pm and support team close at 5 and cancelition terms and conditions till 6 pm? ridiculous ,you can't cancel around 5 pm because they don't answer!!!!

Gina was absolutely incredible! I was there for around two hours and I couldn’t have come out of the office any happier with my future plans. She went above and beyond and helped me with a realistic budget, maximising on the time I had and prioritising the best experiences first and foremost. I am going to go back before leaving Cairns to book another trip as she has convinced me that experiences are worth the money as you are only here for a short period of time. Thanks so much again!

Can’t recommend Happy Travels enough! Thank you to Ryan in particular for organising an incredible Whitsundays adventure on the Clipper party boat for me and a friend from Cairns. We started with no clue how we were going to do it with our time limits and Ryan carefully and confidently put together a perfect itinerary for us including hostel recommendations and organising us a completely stress free hire car. The entire trip was seamless and he had the answer to all of our questions (2 blondes - there were a lot of questions). He was super engaging, friendly and has first class knowledge of the east coast no matter what vibe you are looking for - I’d recommend to anyone!

A by chance walking past Happy Travels (Sheridan street) in Cairns was all it took to have such an awesome experience in this astonishing area. People clearly come to this city and region for the phenomenal and diverse landscape, area, activities and adventures and the Happy Travels staff I met (Linda and Alex) really knew these opportunities really well and did a superb job for my bookings.

Although I knew the crucial trips and activities I wanted to do, Happy Travels had information on plenty of companies who offered various opportunities to choose from as well as others I was not aware about. Linda and Alix were really helpful in sharing vital information, answered questions with natural ease, happily checked additional comparisons and were incredibly patient and thorough with ensuring multiple trip and activity bookings were completed properly and with realistic timeframes and logistics including finer details too. Payment and booking confirmation were really efficient and printed paperwork was really clear and a great range of Cairns activities enquired, checked, affirmed and which all happened to the plans.

Happy Travels clearly know the trips they recommend well. Linda and Alex were amazing at ensuring the ideal experiences were in place for what was wanted - friendly, helpful, proactive and consummate professionals. Thank you ever so much - you made the Cairns holiday one to truly remember.

We had a great experience booking a Tusa dive package with Dan Hunnibell! He was incredibly helpful while we were exploring different options, not only did he spend a ton of time answering our questions and recommended the best tour to meet our needs, he gave us an amazing deal!
