Hannah was a godsend! We hired her as an on the day wedding coordinator - but from the first time we spoke to her she was willing to make suggestions and answer questions. We had a dry hire venue and Hannah took over comms with our suppliers in the weeks leading up to the wedding - including making recommendations and implementing ways to make things run better.

On the day itself Hannah and Chloe did our full set up and take down, as well as making sure the entire day ran smoothly. No job was too small (attaching button holes!) or too difficult (dealing with our incredibly unhelpful venue staff/management!).

While managing all our suppliers (registrars, string trio, bar, caterers, band, evening caterers, photo booth, photographers), they also did the set up for our ceremony, and then during confetti and drinks reception changed the entire set up for our wedding breakfast - no small feat with 150 guests! They acted as waitresses in helping to deliver the food and then cleared the tables and put some away to make space for the dance floor. At the end of the night, when we were all happily heading home they took everything down and left it ready to collect and leave the next morning (we got our full deposit back). The day just wouldn't have gone as smoothly without them.

Hannah and Chloe genuinely did everything they could to make sure we were happy and fed/watered at all times, and generally made it so easy for our whole day to be fun and stress-free.

Because of Hannah and her team, our wedding day was absolute perfection and it felt like a total dream. It was as we imagined it to be and MORE. From the first meeting with hannah a year before the wedding day, I felt complete trust in her abilities to make our vision come to life. Hannah made wedding planning so easy and fun without the need for all the stress weddings can come with. She always has everything under control, gives regular updates and is very transparent with documentation via live files and updated folders.

No job was too big or too small and was on site setting up the marquee from the Wednesday all the way through to the set down and clear up on the Sunday/Monday. She also attended all supplier meetings to be on hand to take down all the notes needed for her to action next steps

Hannah is a total joy to work with and will always there with a big smile on her face if I ever felt overwhelmed at any stage of the planning process.

We can't thank Hannah and Chloe enough for being such wonder women and for allowing me to live my childhood dream to get married in the village church with reception in the fields at home. I still can't belive how perfect it was and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone about to start planning a wedding or if you've started and think you need guidance, HANNAH IS YOUR GAL

I literally cannot begin to explain how incredible Hannah is. From the first communication Hannah knew exactly what she was doing, gave loads of advice, was really reassuring, knew and understood exactly what I wanted and took care of absolutely everything on the day with Chloe for me and my husband. To get to the point quickly, Hannah is absolutely phenomenal and was everything and more we could have wanted in a wedding planner. We loved working with her over the last 18 months and will miss our catch-ups!

Hannah organised our 3 day Indian wedding at Berwick house, a dry hire venue in Shrewsbury. She sorted everything from sourcing and managing including mood boards & ideas, supplier suggestion, outreach, coordination and so much more behind the scenes, nothing was too big an ask! We even changed our choice of stationary for menus and they were sorted with just 3 weeks till the wedding day.

Catch-ups were arranged around our schedule and Hannah was very accommodative to any feedback we had. She even travelled to London to meet us at our house so we didn’t need to travel!

Hannah is incredibly organised and knowledgeable about weddings, having done so many, she knows the pitfalls and what we needed, including the small things like needing a trailer fridge for all the drinks we needed chilling!

The weekend was seamless from our perspective (though we’re sure there were probably some mishaps behind the scenes that Hannah managed!) and we put our trust in Hannah and our suppliers. Guest requests and all admin was handled by Hannah and her team during the weekend so we got to fully enjoy the experience throughout the whole event. We also got to relax post the wedding as Hannah also managed all of the set-down.

If you’re looking for someone to help plan or coordinate your event, you need Hannah onboard! She will be our first point of call if we are ever planning an event again!

We used Hannah for two corporate events involving many different requirements for organisation (Catering, coaches, entertainment, furniture, just sanity on the event itself, someone to be point for problems) She arranged everything brilliantly and always with a smile. She has great contacts and you can rest assured if shes organising it it will happen. We will readily use Hannah again for any future events we arrange - shes indispensable in allowing us to continue to run a business and arrange events that would otherwise be disruptive without her taking the lead!
