Handled by Holly is hands down the best wedding planning team. When our wedding officiant recommended her we didn’t think twice. They made our special day that much special by providing us with a stress free service that went above and beyond our expectations. In Holly we have found a friend. Both her and her team are extremely talented individuals and I would highly encourage you to hire her and her team. It will take the stress out of your busy wedding day. They did an amazing job at handling all tasks even the ones we didn’t think of. At the end of the night we found our suite beautifully decorated. Thanks for a memorable experience Handled by Holly.

The best decision of our wedding planing was finding Holly and her team. They made our day truly the best day of our life’s, my wife and I are forever grateful for the work, attention to detail, the very kind words and feelings, the personal touches, and how everything was really handled to perfection. Holly and her team took care of all the details so my wife and I could relax and celebrate our love and our day. Having a Disney wedding was stressful (and even more stress living in Chicago and planing) but Holly was very active in help with that stress. If anyone is still deciding, I promise you that this is a NEED and not a want to have Holly and her team to have your back on your wedding. Where do I begin? Holly and her team was recommended to us by our officiant, and I’m so glad we listened! Holly and Lindsay made our day so special and stress-free. From picking up coffee and breakfast to handling finishing touches on our ceremony and dessert party set-up, I can honestly say there’s no way our wedding could’ve happened without them. Holly’s knowledge of Disney weddings put our minds at ease as she knew exactly how to push through the day timely and effortlessly. Her and her team had the best attitude that made you feel warm and cared for. I would hire her again and again if I could!

As Mother of the Bride, I wanted to ensure that my daughter and her fiance had their ideal wedding. Having recently retired and having planned my own wedding years before, I felt that we could do a great job together in planning the wedding and reception. When my daughter first mentioned the idea of a wedding/event planner, I did not think it was necessary but after seeing how much it would allay her anxiety, it was well worth it.

Remember what I said about planning? Well planning is only half of it. Executing the plan is all of it and this is what Holly and team did for us. One of Holly’s many qualities is that she is positive. She is low key but dynamic and she is everywhere in every moment. She anticipates what needs to be done and reacts to unforeseen changes. She does both with confidence and a smile. Well before the wedding, we were provided a plan of the days events which had been coordinated with the other vendors. In real time, the schedule of events were seamlessly altered, as needed, mainly for the sake of weather. She and her assistant Lindsay were a constant throughout the day. You could see it and feel it and we felt secure that everything that we had planned, and more, was being done.
Back in the day, we would "...hope for the best".

They coordinated with the Venue & Vendors, made sure that all of the decor I brought in was set up & set up well; even helped with last minute pickups.
On top of everything! Made sure event timing and announcements occurred timely, even some I hadn't thought of. At the end of the night, they made sure anything we needed immediately was placed in our outbound vehicle, with everything else packed up snuggly and neatly. They all were an absolute pleasure to work with and it made it easy for us to just relax and enjoy our time.
