いい口コミしかなかったので、
最低だった件もクチコミさせてください。

2019年のまだ白山にお店があった際に契約して、
結果ご提案いただいていたことにおいて、2ヶ月調整に時間をかけて、やっぱりできませんごめんなさい。再度提案させてください。と言われて、もう信用もできないので、こちらとは継続できません、とお伝えしたら、先払いの10万円は返却できません。と言われて、10万円だけ取られた最低な企業です。

周囲の友人にも絶対にここだけはやめた方がいいと思う。と
まず最初に企業名としてあげる会社さんです。

詳細：
2019年2月初旬に問い合わせお打ち合わせ、2019年9月に出産予定の妊婦だったために、早めに結婚式をしたいことを相談。いい式にしましょうと、お話固まり、契約10万円の振り込み。

2019年2月中旬に新しい会場の提案いただき、そこでやりたいです！スタッフの方がその会場の方と仲がいいので行けるはずです！その会場で実施にて、諸々進めましょう。で話を進める。
招待客について、BGM、引き出物などどうするか考えるよう伺いこちらでイメージを固める作業をする。

2019年4月やっぱりこの会場ではできないことなりました。契約ができませんでした。今から6月に抑えることのできる会場を再度提案させてくださいと言われる。

こちらとしては2ヶ月間、この会場でできるものと信じて、
色々な準備を進めていたし、大丈夫ですよ！という言葉を信じた上で、進めていたのに、この後切り替えて話し合いをすることはできない。

では契約解消として、10万円は返金しません。と言われる。

今思い返しても詐欺だったなーーと思います。

時々制作のお手伝いに伺います。いつも忙しそうですが、お客様対応や制作に手を抜いたりせず、それでいてスタッフ皆さんの雰囲気がやわらかいです。
制作物のデザインや演出のアイデアが素晴らしいのはもちろんですが、お客様のお話をじっくり親身に聞いているのが印象的で、お客様とのミーティングが漏れ聞こえてくると「友だちなの？」ってくらい楽しそうです。

結婚式のプロデュース会社はいくつかまわりましたが、HAKUのウェディングプロデューサーの小名木さんという方が一番話をたくさん聞いてくださり、自分たちのイメージを形にする結婚式を提案してくれました。

準備で細かいところを決めていく際も、まず自分たちの希望やイメージを伝えるといろんな具体案を出してくれるし、とにかく丁寧に進めてくださります。

そのおかげで最初は色々不安だった結婚式の準備も、打ち合わせに行くのがだんだん楽しみになりました。

当日も自分たちらしい結婚式をすることができ、たくさんの友だちに「こんな結婚式初めて！」と言ってもらえたし、両親にもすごく喜んでもらえて、一生の思い出になりました。

ぜひまた夫婦でご挨拶に行きたいと思います。

初めてのカウンセリングということもあり、最初はちょっと不安だったのですが、サロンがとっても清潔感があり綺麗でスタッフの方も親切にお話を聞いてくださる方ばかりで、すぐにここに決めちゃいました。
特に演出面で何個もアイディアをご提案してくださったことがグッドでした。

スタッフの皆さんがとてもにこやかで、話しやすい雰囲気です。
曖昧な希望にも真剣に向き合ってくれます。
これまでの結婚式の写真がオフィス内に飾られていて、温かい空間です。
はっきりとは見えていないけど、オリジナルな何かをしたい。という方は相談に行ってみるといいかも・・・

サロンの雰囲気はとても良かったですし、素敵な事例の結婚式がたくさんあって魅力的でした。

最初に来たときは、外観が住宅のようで間違えていないか少し不安になりましたが、サロンの内装がとっても素敵でした！
スタッフの方も暖かく、じっくり丁寧にお話を聞いてくださったのが印象的でした。
