Jane, from H&N Perry was the appointed Sales Person for a residential property that I managed through our Agency.
Her lack of respect for the tenants Legal Rights & Quiet Enjoyment as fixed lease holders, was beyond distressing to the tenants. The constant demands she made of the tenants, in this dealing, were not in keeping with the legislation or common decency.
