We were lucky to land a great caravan spot on the end of a run with grass and a slab. It was busy being early September but everyone was calm, quiet and polite.
Toilets were fine for us but the showers lacked some TLC and nothing to hang your stuff on.
Bit blown back there are NO garbage bins anywhere except one large one right back by the entrance. Hence the 3 stars.
The BBQ area was poorly lit, had to hold our mobile phone light to it to see so bring a torch. No kitchen area with a microwave or fridge etc. Bit blown back there too considering the size of the place.
The pools were great, it was busy but not crowded. We did smell a hint of chlorine.
Everyone is polite, no kids running around on a normal weekend luckily. Mostly elderly people which was nice.
Would we go back again, we probably will.

This place has so much potential. The 6 thermal pools are lovely (not sure if they use chlorine as it was mentioned but not confirmed). The café in the park makes great coffee and chips, and the toasties were okay. I visited three different blocks of showers and toilets and some were better than others. It would be wonderful to see a bit more maintenance and care put into the facilities as it could really make this place amazing. Would I go back? Probably not. The thermals were great (hoping no chlorine?)

This is a big place. Our drive through site was a little tight..but it's a drive through for the night so didn't mind. The tiolets are old and on the edge of their use by date...but clean. The thermal pools are the real attraction for coming here...and they are really good...especially after travelling all day. I'd return...just so I can relax in the pools again. Oh, and there is a good pub over the road.

Rooms were clean and had all the basics we needed. BBQ just in front of the motel rooms if you wanted to cook. On sites kiosk was fantastic, beautiful meals and extremely reasonable prices.
The pools are what you really go for...so relaxing, 4 pools on site with different temperatures to choose from and you feel great when you get out! Staff were fantastic

everyone needs to relax unwind ands chill out from the pressure of modern life.
no better spot, especially in the cooler months.
young families need to visit to give parents time to recover which kids are enjoying the water , parents can soak up and have space and time of recovery..
the nature goodness of the warm water will add a peaceful body mind and life..
a place where the benefits of doing very little bring numerous rewards.
Stop over or extend a holiday
but once you do , you will be back
for the added all round benefits.

Probably to second another post this place has a lot of potential but probably just too many people in one place. Facilities are quite dated. Kitchen was dated but heated which was appreciated. Cleanliness was average. It's very much an older person's place and no one adheres to the recommendations per pool times and the warmer pools don't seem very hygienic. It was a once off experience for us.

Parks making plenty of money but nothing to show of it. Absolute lazy run park. Bins overflow, no recycling bins available, camp kitchen very basic for a big park, has 6 fluorescent lights but only 2 work, and amenities are dirty and worn out. Soap dispenser has duck tape around it to hold it on the wall. Check your van site before you book as they box you in….I mean your awning only just fits in with the required area given, you & your neighbour won’t be able to open your window! Absolute joke how they cramp you in. As for the thermal pools they are great apart from the loaded chlorine in the water and the lack of who cares when it comes to showering before entering.
Sorry but I reckon there’s better places to be and stay. Won’t recommend and happy not to return.

We stopped by Moree on our pilgrimage to Qld and were recommended to visit the hot springs. For $40 we had a sunny, well-grassed, powered site with access to the several hot springs thrown in. So we immediately decided to stay an extra day! Beautifully kept grounds and a great cafe, are an extra bonus!
