I had the worst experience ever with Gurkhas Travel. My wife booked a flight from Melbourne to New Delhi and was specifically told over the phone that two bassinet seats had been reserved for us. However, upon arrival, we were informed that seating was on a "first come, first serve" basis. That was incredibly frustrating.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, when my wife boarded the plane, she discovered that seats weren’t even next to each other. This was especially disappointing considering we had explained the situation to your customer service team when booking, including the fact that we were traveling with 2 children for the first time.

It’s clear that they are more focused on making money than providing a positive travel experience. The lack of care for families traveling with children is appalling.

My wife will soon be sharing a more detailed account of our experience, including the name of the person who handled our booking along with 1 star rating. With the amount of experience your team should have, these basic issues should never have been overlooked. Shame on you, and rest assured, we will never be booking with Gurkhas again.
