I hope to stay at this apartment when I visit family in the Town again. The bedrooms are roomy the beds comfortable. Everything is there for comfort and convenience. Our own parking undercover. A Little courtyard with table and chairs an Awning that can be pulled out when needed. Air conditioning and fans. Large washing machine and dryer. The Shower is large and modern. We had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxed stay, thanks to our attentive Host Karen. Highly recommend Gunnedah Serviced Apartments for a first class stay.

We have stayed here a couple of times in the last 18 months when visiting family in the area. As 3 adults sharing, the two bedroom, self catering layout of the property was perfect. We all had some private space plus a full sized kitchen, dining area and living room plus the big advantage of laundry facilities. Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing including outdoor space at the front and the back of the apartment. For this stay, we were allocated unit 2 having previously stayed in unit 3. We definitely preferred the layout of unit 2 which had the additional benefit of having units either side so was warmer for our winter stays.||It’s only a 15 min walk to the other end of town if you want to go to one of the pubs and have a few drinks and not have to drive or under 10 min walk to the supermarket for self catering supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped, the apartment well furnished and the beds and bedding comfortable and clean.||There is some traffic noise during the night, mainly from trucks turning at the nearby roundabout, but nothing to be overly concerned about and was partly due to our preference to have a window open overnight.||The place is an older renovated property so it isn’t the Ritz, crockery and glassware might be bit mismatched, but that’s being picky and it is good value for money considering the size of the apartment and facilities provided, way better value than motel rooms. They also have a good cancellation policy, essential in these uncertain COVID times.||Recommended

Our stay at Gunnedah Serviced Apartments went well from our very first contact with the owner. The apartment was spacious well equipped and comfortable. Our stay was quite a lengthy one and we really appreciated the peace and quiet of the complex and the neighbourhood. We recommend the apartments very highly. We are a couple but would think the apartments would be ideally suited for singles groups and families as well.||Thank you very much for a great stay

We stay at Gunnedah Serviced Apartments for 1 weekend every year. We have been doing it for 4 years now. We use Gunnedah Serviced Apartments because we know that they will ALWAYS be spotless and perfectly maintained. Although the units are just off the main road, it is quiet accommodation. The beds are so comfortable, better than what I have at home. There are 2 styles of units. The more expensive unit is a very modern up market unit. I could happily live it. I was actual a little sad when I had to leave. The units are decorated tastefully. There are little things in the unit, like novels for you to read, that just make your stay that little nicer.

We always stay at the Gunnedah Serviced Apartments when traveling for work. The units are spacious and relatively clean considering what is available in town. Standard apartments desperately need refurbishing but superior apartments are OK. However, there is always something missing/broken in the apartments. Broken washing machine, noisy air conditioning, no cleaning for over a week, missing kitchen utensils, just to name a few. This lack of attention to details can make the stay very frustrating.

The air conditioner was much appreciated working well to keep us warm from the winter chill. Close enough to walk to town, well located, and Karen the manager went above and beyond with her hospitality to make our stay enjoyable, being available on the phone when we had enquiries and responding to our needs. Stayed at one of the two bedroom serviced apartments for 12 weeks. The staff were easy to communicate with and very helpful. The apartment had everything I needed and was beautifully cleaned each week.

Nicely appointed, not fancy but comfortable, reasonably modern and have what you need for short stays. We stayed in the one closest to the hospital so I don't know what the others look like. Not really a holiday spot but for the travelling worker its a great choice.
