Excellent customer service!
The advice given was very informed, done quickly and was presented clearly.
Tania Friend, our Advisor for our latest trip, was very familiar with Fiji and the accommodation options on the islands. She guided us while we made our decision and in the end we were not disappointed with the choice we made. The other staff in their Gungahlin office were also standing by when we needed them. We would not hesitate using Travel Associates again.
We had a fantastic holiday!

We have just rebooked our 5th holiday with travel agent Tania Friend. Tania has been flexible and accommodating to reschedule our postponed holiday to Cairns in September, even working after hours if needed to ensure we have an amazing, enjoyable and stress free experience which is much appreciated. I'm sure my family and I will have a fantastic holiday with memories to treasure.
For all future holiday bookings we will continue to use Tania and I highly recommend her to anyone wanting a travel agent who goes above and beyond to create a memorable experience.

Cannot praise highly enough. I was stuck in isolation in Adelaide with Covid. I contacted Kieran to move my bookings forward a week. He arranged everything for me, without extra expense. I had previously been super happy with their service and this was the second holiday I had booked through TA Gungahlin. Being stuck in Adelaide was stressful and without the help of Kieran, I don't know what I would have done. TA Gungahlin is the only agent I use.

Michelle at TA Gungahlin heard my story and prepared a tailor made vacation I will never forget. Wanting something off the beaten track, safe, not wanting to blow the budget and warm, the most wonderful trip to Vanuatu ensued. Wanting to take each day as it came, some loose plans were prepared for me that made me feel like I had an authentic Vanuatu experience. Thank you Michelle and TA Gungahlin! I'll be back

So we were booked to travel yesterday but the travel agency didn't tell us our flights had been changed from 14.25 to 12pm. We got to the airport to find out our plane had left. Then when we informed the agency, they tried to change our flights. Only they forgot there were 4 of us not 2. So we missed the last flight of the day and tried again today. Only when we got to the airport today, they hadn't bothered double checking the flights had been properly booked. So, another hour later, Qantus pulled through and talked to Finair (who we will also be flying with) and they fixed all of the travel agents mistakes. We lost a day of our holiday and were extremely stressed. All because Kiren is apparently out of office. This was a horrible experience and almost ruined our holiday and we haven't even left yet. I will update this if anything else goes wrong

My wife & I have used Kieran to book our trips overseas a few times & every time the bookings that he has made have been excellent. The only time their have been problems are when airlines, hotels etc change things with little notice. Once, a problem did occur, that was unrelated to what Kieran booked for us, & it was whilst we were overseas. I got onto Kieran & he solved it ASAP. & to our satisfaction.
Pre-covid we booked & paid for a trip overseas. Kieran worked to get all of our money back & he managed to recoup the vast majority of what we paid minus one small item.
Kieran is meticulous in what he does & ensures that everything is covered, including visas, passports etc.
I have no qualms about using him again & recommending him to anyone.

Booked flights pre covoid . Only to be told flights have changed and then eventually cancelled. I understand reason for cancellation, however to be told that I would get a full refund and then told taxes and commissions are deducted ?
By more than $600 dollars ?
