We would like to leave a heartfelt thank you to Jen and Pete. We really appreciated your welcoming atmosphere you created just for us. We loved Saturday night pizza and gelatos. It was really relaxing spending that time together, thank you for a lovely evening and conversation. We were completely amazed with every aspect of your beautiful estate. We thank you for sharing your amazing home that you both created and built together. Thank you for sharing Italy with us, everything from the welcome sign upon our arrival to the peaceful gardens, the relaxing swimming pool, especially the Italian villas with beautiful authentic Italian decor, the breakfast lounge, the cobblestone Italian street, the Vespa, the Fiat, both your beautiful friendly cats and the amazing dinner following your recommendation for our very own private Chef Christian Colognesi. We had a very special dinner and an amazing relaxed weekend getaway. Thank you Pete and Jen for all the special little things you arranged for us, we cannot recommend you highly enough. 💕

Why go to Italy where a short trip to Arcadia brings Italy to you. Most magnificent place, gardens and accommodation. Jenny and Peter made us feel right at home. Would recommend to anyone wanting a romantic and peaceful stay.

Grazie Jenny and Pete for a wonderful weekend, you have both done an amazing job with Guestlands!!!

You made Leila and I feel very welcome and looked after before we even arrived with your constant communication and suggestions on where to go and what to eat.

I can't recommend Guestlands enough, you won't regret booking a couple of nights here, Arcadia feels so detached from suburbia it really does feel like you've left the country.

I shared this experience with my partner for my Birthday in February. What an absolutely beautiful place where you feel like you are in an Italian village. Everything about this place is beautiful from the villas, the location, the amenities.. right down to the beautiful hosts Peter and Jen. They are a lovely couple and provided us with such hospitality and very welcoming. We loved staying there and enjoyed the experience. We highly recommend staying at Guestlands

Peter and Jenny were the most incredible, humble hosts of this magnificent property. A quaint, Italian style village that has you feeling like you’re in Europe for a weekend. The BnB is a real credit to Peter’s creative vision and Jenny’s attention to detail. It really has to be seen to be believed. From the village to the gardens to the music to the pizza and gelato night in the cabana, it is simply exquisite on every level. Highly recommend!

Beautiful rooms, great atmosphere and magnificent gardens. Jenny and Peter were very warm and welcoming hosts. We had a fabulous time sitting in the village street on a warm night, eating and drinking, listening to Andrea Bocelli and chatting with the other guests and Jenny and Peter. Soaking up the atmosphere just like we were in Italy!
