I think it’s safe to say GSE is the best broker in Canberra for hospitality business.

I have recently sold my business through GSE. Despite a high asking price and tough market conditions with high interest rate, my business is sold and settled within 6 WEEKS. The great thing about this sale is that I got a formal offer in a week after the ads published. This cannot be done this quick without GSE who has a great pool of vendors and buyers in hospitality market and also their exceptional marketing strategies.
