We very much enjoyed our stay. The room is gorgeous as is the house and property. Keith and Fran are lovely, and very accomodating.The bed is very comfortable and breakfast was amazing with freshly laid eggs, home made bread and jam as well as great coffee.

Lovely welcome and a glass of wine. Keith helped us bring our gear in. Comfy room with a nice big bathroom across the hall. Sat out on the veranda to take photos of the birds and alpacas. Had a lovely three course meal cooked for us, then ate together over a great old gas bag. Nice breakfast with home made bread and condiments. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you, Keith and Fran.

It was our first B&B stay. Fran and Keith were lovely conversationalist and lovely people.
Frans homemade muesli, jams and bread were delicious. Bedrooms were lovely. Sitting down having a 3 course meal and sharing time with them was a lovely touch

Unfortunately I expected the house to be warm when we arrived and during our stay. I felt that it would have been too much to ask to have the house warmed up as Keith was always talking about the power usage and felt guilty if the heater was going to be on.
They have a back cosy room with a fireplace. However if we were going to use it and Fran was going to put it on for us, the musical instruments would have had to be moved...again felt guilty so said not to bother. If you have someone coming to stay, I think this should have been available to use immediately as advertised.

I expected a little bit more.

What a wonderful find for the traveller passing through Junee. Warm and welcoming hosts, amazing views over the countryside, a fabulous breakfast of home-made muesli and house baked bread with curled butter. Nice touch! And if they are home in the evening they will offer to cook for you. Don't miss out on one of these amazing gourmet meals. Far better than anything you will experience in town. And the owners are also such wonderful conversationalists. And so inexpensive compared with a dull hotel/motel stay. A definite 5 stars.
