Excellent location with spectacular views! Super friendly staff. Within walking distance of everything. Unit 28 great amenities, perfect position.

Unit 23 was so disgusting. Hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. Dust all over the walls, thick layer of dust on the main bedroom fan. The dust would fall off onto the bed. Couches were all ripped, lots of rubbish when you put the leg bit up of the lazy boy couch. Dead insects on the curtains. Just a real lack of cleaning. We did have clean sheets which was good, but everything else just wasn’t very clean. We are from NewZealand so I don’t know if we just have high cleanliness standards here or what but this place was just so dirty definitely not worth the money we paid to stay here. If it was clean it would be the perfect place, it was a massive apartment and had everything. Just disappointing it was so dirty.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the higher level and the view of the ocean as soon as you enter the apartment was everything! You can hear the waves and feel the sea breezes. It is close to shops, eateries and Cavill Avenue. Comes with free parking and wifi. They also pool and sauna. The staff were welcoming and allowed us to check in early. Overall a great stay!

Disappointing stay... despite being ocean-front the view was totally ruined with extemely dirty windows that nothing could be seen through them. The unit itself was not cleaned properly with dust, hair and mold everywhere. No room service either. Not recommended at all...

Absolutely Shocking! Stayed in Room 13 on level 3, there was BedBugs on the Double Bed My partner and I and my 1 year old baby girl got bitten, We Told the cleaners and they said they were only Beatles. But they were Definitely BedBugs! As we did a google photo Search. They said they couldn’t do much about it because they come from Travellers. This is disgusting. Watch out! Do not stay here!!!! . Barbie is lovely though! 5 BedBugs ! Could not sleep at all in the bed. Had to Sleep on the couch.

Great l I location, room 4 on level 1 is really nice. It's a air bnb. Look it up. The host is awesome. Room is all new, furniture is new. Spa and pool are not crowded. Will stay again

Barbie was the best but be warned, do not accept room #23 as it is very stained, tired, lacking air cons in bedrooms (and a little moldy!) so we were given a different room which was like walking into a dream! Loved it so much we will request the same room when booking again. Great pool, more shade needed but also awesome spa and location!

The location is great, with the beach just a stroll away and restaurants just around the corner. However, Apartment 39 is a tired apartment. I was told this was because I booked a standard apartment and the building itself is old. My payment receipt showed I was allocated to Property 47, but when I checked in, the reception gave me Property 39 and I could see the correction mark on the paper. When I questioned this, I was told the owner had pulled Property 47 out.
I am upset about the experience of staying in this apartment. The bathtub looks stained and cracked and the shutter blind in the master bedroom doesn't cover all the way to the side, leaving me with little privacy. There was a used bath towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, which Housekeeping did not collect. I couldn't use the dishwasher because it was broken, and the reception lady told me the owner was going to replace it. She initially offered me a discount but then refused, saying the owner was replacing it. I asked her again about the changes in Propert number but then she said they would never assign a property number until checking in. This is a different story that she said the owner pulled out the porperty. To make matter worse, I found a cockraoch crawling my bathroom.
Spending $270 a night for an apartment like this is really disappointing. I told the reception that I was unhappy with the apartment, but she kept mentioning that it was a standard apartment. I don't think I will come back again.
