The food here is so fresh and tasty! We tried the new limited edition wagyu burger and it was full of flavour and the nicest burger I’ve had in a while

Friendly service, clean and the manager John was so kind and helpful. This is one of my favourite Grill’d stores I’ve been to a few and most of them were average!

If you’re looking for fresh tasty burgers, gluten free options available definitely give it a go!

It was an okay meal. The burger was nice, but the chips could have been better. A couple of tables had crumbs left on them, as they hadn't been wiped or disinfected. The waiting time was a little disappointing, and the order mistake was inconvenient. However, the waiter serving today was nice and considerate. I just hope for a better experience next time.

What a great Night.
Food was absolutely amazing exceeded expectations.
A huge shout out to the manager John and staff, they were so friendly and helpful.
Burgers were so fresh and tasty. You must try the chicken bites. All cooked to perfection
Highly recommended and cannot wait to go back.

Expect to wait a while for your burgers to be ready. The food is good but you are paying that premium price at Grill'd. The service is basic and expect to wait even longer if mistakes are made. Don't forget to place the bottle cap in one of the selected charity Jars.

Burgers were ok but I was expecting more. I enjoyed sweet potatoes and zucchini chips serve with selection of dips. One of the burger buns was hard as rock but they replaced the order straight away. I cant complaint with the service, it’s great.

Can get a bit noisy but I don't blame them as a lot of people come here the burgers are amazing! I love coming here every once in a while now for a yummy healthy burger! Got the Barbie Burger it was so good!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Grilled, thanks to the rude behavior of Jayden, the shift manager. We were told by a staff member in the kitchen that they were only doing takeaway, but we could eat outside if we didn’t make a mess. We placed our order at 9:23 PM, understanding that we'd be able to eat outside before the 10 PM closing.

However, when our food was brought out, Jayden told us we needed to leave because it was takeaway only, despite our earlier agreement. We explained what we were told, but he dismissed it, saying, “I’m the manager, not her,” and showed no interest in resolving the issue. When we asked where we were supposed to eat, he simply said, “I can’t do anything about it,” and continued to give us an attitude. He even handed us napkins with a rude tone.

When we asked for his name to file a complaint, Jayden refused at first, saying it was "private," before reluctantly stating his name and pushing us out the door. His complete disregard for customer service was appalling, and I won’t be returning to Grilled after this experience.

Service was great. Staff were super attentive and friendly. Their burgers were a letdown though. If you are after some vegan burgers, you better skip past this place. Ordered the vegan cheeseburger and garden veggie burger. Vegan cheeseburger was not good. Tasted very smokey and the patty had no real other flavour. The garden veggie burger was tasteless. Would not go back for these that’s for sure!
