Nice pub with easy QR ordering for food. Kids food came out quickly and my steak was just delicious. This pub features an amazing kids playground outside which my little ones enjoyed. Toilets clean. Parking available and untimed. Definitely recommend booking a table ahead of time as this pub gets busy on a Thursday night!

Gregory Hills Hotel……
Unfortunately, our dining experience left much to be desired. We ordered several dishes, and none of them met expectations.
• Garlic Pizza: Disappointing.
• Mixed Grill: Meat was dry, and the rest wasn’t much better.
• Fish and Chips: Fish was okay, but the chips were cold and overcooked.
• Chicken Schnitzel: Not impressed at all, and the salad wasn’t great either.

The only reason we stayed was for the Bon Jovi show, which was very entertaining.

Staff:
• The bar staff were fantastic—friendly and attentive.
• The restaurant staff, however, lacked respect, and the manager’s attitude was unacceptable. It even seemed like the manager may have been drinking, which created a tense environment for both staff and customers. Not worth the money I know next time I’ll be eating elsewhere before going there …

The management clearly needs to clean up their act. The hotel has potential, but the current leadership and dining experience need serious improvement.

Amazing food and service. Drinks/cocktails are incredible. Quick service, even when busy you’d expect to wait longer than you do. Always staff walking around to clean tables. Even the security is lovely.

Extremely busy on a Sunday afternoon especially showing the UFC. So it was extremely noisey and had to shout at each other to hear our conversation
Food was average at best, regular pub food.
Chicken burger was actually just a thin schnitzel and very skimpy on bacon- had to actually check to see if there was any on it 😅, but overcompensated with almost a whole lettuce. Chips were good.
Spicy buffalo wings were dry however the flavour and blue cheese sauce was ok.
Cheeseburger was one of the driest and piddly looking things, probably better value getting x2 kids cheeseburgers as the table next to use who ordered the kids cheeseburgers actually looked identical to the main menu one.

Tater tots was a massive serving, plenty of cheese and bacon, but it lacked sauce as even though everything was cooked right it was dry and in my opinion if you buy loaded fries or potato gems, you shouldn’t need to dunk them in sauce.

Food came out relatively quick considering how busy they were.

Beer selection sad. No craft beer (well 4pines pale ale, but that doesn’t count) only stock standard CBU beer.

I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again for a pub feed.

Although this is a great place to watch a live band, however when it gets too hot, nobody seems to listen to turn on the fans.
We asked management in few occasions but nobody listen.
The smoking area door kept on opening and closing didn’t help either, leaving us with a smelly and sweaty room to dance ….Disgusting!
Next time just turn on the fans to make everyone’s night more pleasant.
I am pretty sure the drinks will continue flowing.

Great place to enjoy a meal with friends. Food is ok, but we expected better service. It would've been better if there was someone to take away the empty plates,glasses,etc...
