Stayed here for three nights on a road trip. Unit was very clean, comfortable and well equipped for self catering. Also undercover bbq area. Walking path along nearby creek into town or golf club. Graeme and Nerida friendly and hospitable. Reasonable prices.

Absolutely spotless. Comfortable and well appointed. Down side is distance from anything and needed to drive for food and supplies. No dishwasher, but really well stocked kitchen facilities. Dryer was not working and had to load our wet clothes and take them to the laundromat.

Greenways is an absolutely awesome place to stay. Graeme, Nerida and their daughter Brittany are always so welcoming and absolutely lovely to talk to each time I stay here. So welcoming and down to earth. I would highly recommend to anybody staying within a coo-ee of Toc to stay at Greenways. I wish I could rate it 6 star!

Cabin is clean and comfy and would stay here anytime. The only things I would change is main bed is very low and so is the couch, they are comfy but hard to get out of. Graham and Nerida are friendly and extremely accommodating. Would recommend to anyone.

It was our last night of a trip away so decided to spoil us with a two bedroom apartment just so we could have comfort, and comfortable it was. At last a comfortable lounge, a nice view across to the pool, a full kitchen with everything you could want, even if we were dining out. A good sized bathroom, comfortable bed and plenty of space for everything we offloaded from our vehicle. Spotlessly clean. Definitely would recommend this place. Thank you Melissa for everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The owners Graeme and Nerida are so friendly. We will be back.||Our self contained unit was well appointed, comfortable and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to golf club and The Farmers Arms Hotel on the river walk track. ||This is a great location for golfers many courses near by with two at Tocomwal.||The Murray River looks just lovely in town.

The fully self-contained units are near new and very well maintained and fully appointed with a back sliding door opening onto a nice open grassy area with a sheltered BBQ and swimming pool. Along the back of the property you can take a moderate stroll along the pleasant Creek Walk to the Golf Club which serves lovely meals at a good discount for seniors. The owners Graeme and Neridah are most obliging and go out of their way to be helpful. It is located a bit out of town in a quiet residential area so you would need a car to get to town where the white sand beaches on the Murray River are a wonderful place to enjoy yourself. I stayed 2 nights and would certainly stay there again. Thoroughly recommended.

Greenways was a great place to stay with lovely grounds and pool it’s a great spot to relax and unwind. Nerida was a super friendly and knowledgeable host and the room was spotlessly clean and comfy. Great location close to golf course and walking distance to Farmer Arms pub. If you are looking for a place to stay in Tocumwal I highly recommend it.
