Not too much of a wait. Reception is outstanding. Doctors are very helpful. Clean waiting room. Chemist just a hallway away. Blood collection in the building. Polite and pleasant.

During my attendance, after completing some tests ordered by the GP, I returned for what I reasonably expected to be a follow-up consultation. When I went to the counter to finalise payment, I asked if this appointment could be considered a results review/follow-up. I also mentioned that at other GP practices we have attended, such visits are either not charged, charged at a lower rate, or claimed under a different code.

However, the receptionist was not willing to listen and responded directly and firmly with “no,” without making any effort to clarify the matter further or check with the doctor. When I then asked if I could please speak with the doctor directly, I was again told “no.” The manner in which this was said, and the overall tone of the interaction, came across as dismissive and rude.

My concern is not only about the billing but also about the lack of willingness to explain or allow reasonable communication with the treating doctor. Unfortunately, this was not my experience on this occasion.

Significant wait times for booked appointments and no communication about it.

I don’t personally mind if it’s a 20 minute delay to see the Dr who you have booked with, however, a 50 minute wait is not acceptable.
Not only was the wait time excessive, but this wait was also not communicated by the receptionist at all.
When I did approach them after 40 minutes of waiting, there was no apologies and it was brushed off.

I cannot speak highly enough of this doctor. From the very beginning, he showed a level of dedication and care that is truly rare. Before even seeing my daughter (her appointment was this morning Sunday 4th May), he had already done his research and familiarised himself with her history – something that instantly gave us confidence and comfort. He knew exactly what was going on and approached her care with incredible insight, professionalism, and genuine compassion.

His attention to detail, thoroughness, and the way he explained everything so clearly made us feel completely at ease. It's not every day you come across someone so beyond brilliant. He went above and beyond in every way, and I am just so, so happy we found him. Thank you for making such a difference – we’re incredibly grateful!

The receptionists got my name wrong, put my middle name as my first name. I asked them to fix that but now my first name is entered into their systems as “First name Middle name”. I only want to be referred to by my first name. They have poor communication and are not polite. I rebooked an appointment due to being called saying my GP was not in the office, I got it rebooked for the next week on the same day for the next week since I don’t have work on that day. However I discover on the next week that they rebooked it on the wrong day. I get called on a work day asking why I am not there. I specifically booked on a day that I don’t have work. The person on the phone the previous week did say that appointment was on the day I booked it for at the time. I got a confirmation text and I said yes to it quickly, not realising that it said the wrong day on it, I had a cold and was not feeling well also due to lack of sleep that I was trying to get medication for by booking this appointment. The receptionists are not disability friendly at all. The GP is awesome but the reception staff are incompetent. Will not be going back. This has caused a great deal of anxiety and that was what I was also going to go there to get help for. I am not paying for their mistake.
