Recently undertook 9 days Russia tour with Great Wall Tours. Budget priced tours. Accomodation was acceptable. However, everything were done on the cheap with poor quality restaurant meals and tour guides who just took you to outside the attractions with a quick explanation and extravagant marked up prices if you want more.

Advertised as luxury travel, it provides actually budget level service. In Russia, 4 star hotel without having 3 star hotel standard facility. The coaches is out of date with rusty body and nonfunctional chairs. Certainly this is what you paid and what you got. Nothing to complain but a real budget level experience.
