Excellent customer service!! Nikki and Dallas helped us with our itinerary and looked after my visiting parents. From Melb, we took the Great Ocean Road tour to Adelaide, then the Highlights of Adelaide tour as well as the Taste of Barossa. All 3 tours were excellent with professional and knowledgable guides. Highly recommend this Australian family run business to both domestic and international visitors.

Thanks to the Great Ocean Road and Beyond team for such a wonderful experience, from my initial enquiry right through to hopping off the tour in Adelaide. It took me a while to find this tour and its fair to say I researched thoroughly before booking. As someone traveling alone, I wanted a nice small group of people to share the experience with but didn’t want to stay in shared accommodation. I shortlisted two companies and after the wonderful service I got from the office staff (replying to my many questions) I opted for this one, great decision! Loved the itinerary, carefully thought out, and so much included in the 4 days without feeling rushed. Steve our Guide was also fantastic and a great host, eating with us and sharing his many stories. Accommodations were all modern, comfortable and spacious. The overnight stops in the little country towns were perfect, especially Port Fairy. This tour ticked off so many things I wanted to see and do, and can I also say Adelaide is such a beautiful destination too - should have allowed more time!!

Booked the 4 day tour along the Great Ocean Road from Melbourne to Adelaide. My expectations have been exceeded on all accounts.
The Tourguides have been excellent. Taking great care of a small group of senior travelers. Communication was all times excellent, friendly, respectful but also entertaining.
The itinerary was well packed and interesting, highlighting the landscape beauties and relevant historic facts. Yes, there have been stops of slightly lesser interest to me personally … but for the whole group it was a big fulfilling adventure.
Hotels have been above my expectations. Very nice rooms and locations with no exception. I had a single room - all very clean and modern.
Breakfast and Lunch - Food quality and choices have been excellent! Also there was always a veggi option to get. All restaurants have been preselected and exited not only me but the entire group.
Thank you for that pleasant experience. I’ll certainly will recommend you whenever there is an option

This is a terrific trip. The itinerary is very well planned to take in a variety of sights and there were plenty of stops so that the driving did not become tiring or tedious. We always had ample time to look at things, yet kept to schedule. The Great Ocean Road was a highlight, but so were Cape Nelson and the Naracoorte Caves. We stopped at some lovely, quirky cafes for breakfast and lunch, which added to the fun; and the accommodation was comfortable. Our tour guide Jens was good-humoured, considerate, organized and very informative. Highly recommended.

What a great time we had on the Great Ocean Road and Beyond Tour. Following a trip on the Overland to Melbourne, and 3 days in Melbourne visiting family, this was just a great way to finish our time away.
With Michael's careful driving and cheerful helpfulness we were well taken care of. The accommodation was all really comfortable, and the places MIchael chose and recommended offered great food.
And we saw so much wonderful and interesting scenery - looking back it's hard to work out how we fit so much in and yet we never felt rushed. We have come home with so many good memories (and photos to back them up) and also new ideas of places to visit on our frequent trips to and from Melbourne.
We thoroughly reccommend this tour.

THE GREAT OCEAN ROAD MELBOURNE TO ADELAIDE 4 DAY 3 NIGHT TOUR – 30/9/2019
We have just returned from the Great Ocean Road Melbourne to Adelaide tour. We were very pleased to have found this tour as we had been looking for something that would offer a leisure tour with a small group as we did not want to rush the sightseeing. The mini coach was very comfortable with big windows to see all the beautiful scenery along the great ocean road and the rest of the journey. Steve our tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the places we visited and looked after us very well. I can honestly say we loved everything about this tour. All the places we visited were very interesting and we met some lovely people. The accommodation at each of the 3 places we stopped for the night was excellent. The different restaurants we stopped at for breakfast and lunch & dinner were very good. We would recommend this tour to everyone. You will see and get everything the brochure has offered and more.
